    The room was not well vacumned and the air conditioning did not work especially poor during the nights. Apparently the vent design in certain superior rooms were poor at least this was the explanation given to us by the hotel maintenance....More

    James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor
    Upon check in, they gave me a room that is not exactly what I booked for. I reserved for 2 queen size bed, but they gave me 1 king size without verifying with us. We had to go back to front desk, which is a waste of out time. To make things worse, there's no more rooms with 2 beds, and my friend had to sleep in a small couch. Parking is expensive and not easily accessible....More
