    Hyatt Regency Auckland
    This is one of the worst hotels we have ever encountered. Housekeeping "forgot" to leave several essentials items (eg. towels!) every day. Bellmen were almost non-existent. Dining room staff ignored guests who were eating there. The front desk staff were great, but they could not make up for the overall lack of quality of the staff....More

    The Langham, Auckland
    We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful hotel. The rooms were large and beautifully appointed. The shuttle bus was so convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was gorgeous. Having the internet available on every floor was also a benefit. We would recommend this hotel highly....More
