We spoke little Spanish, and virtually the staff spoke no English. This made check-in, check-out, and even simple housekeeping things very difficult. We ran into other guests who voiced the same concern. Great location...there are several places to eat across the street so that was great. Even though we requested a room in the back of the hotel (due to the heavy traffic noises which we read about on several reviews), we were given the complete opposite (a room facing the main street). Of course, due to the language barrier, we could not get another room SO bring ear plugs, seriously its that loud. You'll think your sleeping on the actual street. The hotel room and bath room is extremely small (I've been the France and NYC...this room was even smaller than a typical room in those two cities). The breakfast was great! Also, they had a "business center", so I was able to use the internet which definitely helped a lot. Also, there was a small gym, but it wasn't anything to write home about. Overall, if your on a budget and speak moderate spanish, then you can consider this hotel. If you speak little to no spanish and have extra money, consider somewhere else....More
