    When my daughter and I arrived, we called for the shuttle. We were told that it would always be there in 15 minutes or less. We waited an hour and a half, calling three times before it came. Our experience each time we got the shuttle was at least one half hour for the subway, and we finally ended up walking to the hotel from the train, after dark and in a very poor neighborhood. Maybe if you have a car, it isn't so bad. The beds in the room were comfortable, but we were in a room that was adjoining the next room. They put people in the next room that were loud in the hall and in the room until 1a.m. that then up again at 7a.m. We moved to another room and the hot water didn't work. The maintenance man acted angry that he had to come fix the plumbing, and was in and out of or room for over an hour. I am not sure why they just didn't give us another room. They weren't full. The staff were very nice, and with the exception of two drivers, the drivers were nice, just not very prompt. American Airline employees are the priority and they make no mistake about that!

Less than two miles away, the Bunker Hill Monument stands 221 feet and has 294 steps. The Paul Revere House and the JFK Library are less than three miles away.
