Fine location, comfortable rooms

Hotel Warwick Seattle has a great location. We had the standard room and it was relatively large and comfortable. The pool, hot tub and sauna are big advantages to this hotel.

Based on the price, you cannot beat it! I have stayed at all sorts of hotels with an array of classifications and for the money this was a good find. The staff was great! I had a problem with the heat not coming on and they came up and fixed it within 5 minutes. I was on the 4th floor so it was kind of noisy based on being so close to the road, but after 8pm I really did not hear much. Even from this level I had a view of the needle. So if you want it quiet, request a room higher. The location was awesome as well, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Great Room With A View

We had a room with a view; the Space Needle and it was great. Our only complaint and I say again "only" was that the pillows they provided were too small for a king size bed.

Great room for the money

We were very satisfied with our room and the view of the Space Needle but our kids had rooms on other side and they looked at a wall. Our family enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub which was nice after a day of walking around downtown on a December day.

Great Stay

The Warwick was a perfect hotel for our needs. The rooms were a great size (although a little cold, but we had a corner room). We also like the location as it was within easy walking distance to the sites we wanted to see. We will definitely stay here again if in Seattle and we will recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful hotel. I was a little upset about having to pay a $27 fee to park there over night. For the price of the hotel stay. that should be included

A good night sleep

I slept well there last time I stayed. There is some street noise in the rooms, but that is hard to get away from.

Good experience

Easy to find, good restaurant, friendly people. Cant ask for anything more on a business trip. No hassle check in/check out and be gone.

We had a wonderful stay at the Warwick. We were in town only one night but it was great. We have one issue with the Hotel and that is no one told us about the parking situation. We pulled up to the front of the Hotel and asked about parking and the clerk told us where the parking for the Hotel was and we went and parked in the Hotel garage. At that point, no one had told us that the parking would cost us MONEY to park !!!! The next morning we received a bill under our door stating that we were charged for parking even though we stayed there and that the parking garage was not owned by the Hotel. Maybe watch and ask the Hotel where you are staying at in the Seattle area if you will be charged for parking. The parking situation there is horrible to say the least. But as far as the Hotel, we give a thumbs up !!! The staff in the restaraunt and bar were great
