One of the best

Overall, this was a great hotel. I experienced excellent service. The room exceeded my expectations with chic decor. I only wish they had more masculine rooms as the decor was a little feminine. I will definately look forward to staying at the W in the future.

Needs improvement

We stayed one night to attend a Braves game. First red flag was that none of the lobby toilets worked. The plumbing was "being worked on" when we checked in, but we were assured it would be fixed. The check in was slow because of a group of international travelers that were checking in multiple guests. The hoted staff seemed not to be able to deal with travelers checks. However, the staff was very courteous and easy to deal with. We got back to the room around midnight and the toilets, though slow, at least did flush and we were tired. It wasn't till 3am that they didn't work at all!! We used the lobby toilet first thing the next morning. Then upon gathering belongings to leave, we noticed the dried blood stain on the sheets. Informed the manager of all our our problems, and we were comped parking, which they charge $18 per day for, even if you are a paying guest at the hotel. I don't travel much, but that is totally ridiculous!!! Valet and self parking were both $18 day!! When I got the bill, I had been charged for 3 days parking (which was credited because of our dissatisfaction with their hotel) even though, we only stayed one night. Check your bill!!
