Comfortable rooms

Rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable! Just park in the garage behind the hotel for $25 a day. Way cheaper than the $60 hotel charges. The garage is directly behind the hotel and we had no problems! Would stay here again.

Noisy Hotel

Customer Service was poor. Before we left for the hotel we called had difficulty in finding someone to answer the phone. One arrival we checked in. The clerk was nice. After we returned to the hotel and went to bed we could not sleep. Our neighbors were very noisy, and there is poor sound insulation between our room and theirs. Called clerk who said he would send security to quiet them down. Didn't happen. Requested room change. Clerk brought us a set of keys for a new room, but did not offer to help us move. Moved us to room next to the elevators, and we could hear them all night. Talked to manager next morning. He offered us a free breakfast. He did not offer move us again. Next night we not only had the elevators, but a new set of noisy neighbors. Checked out at 4am. Resturant: Service slow. Prices high and food mediocre. I would not recommend this hotel.

comfortable & perfect location

We were very comfortable. Great beds, pretty linens. Walked to the mall for a little shopping and then out to dinner. We self-parked behind the hotel for $25. We'll be back.

Incredible skyline

The floor to ceiling windows were fantastic. We left our drapes open so that we could enjoy the skyline at night and the view of the city and the ocean during the day. Our room was large, comfortable and the staff was very responsive!

Very Nice Hotel in Convenient Location for Mass Transit

This hotel is in a perfect location if you want to BART or Muni around the City, or go shopping at Union Square or the Shopping Centre. If you have to drive, it's $55 to park and not convenient.

Heavenly, Heavenly, Heavenly

The Westin's signature "Heavenly Bed" need I say more!!

Nice place

Really clean classy place. Right in the middle of downtown, easy to find. Overall really nice stay but was only there for the one night.

Nice

We were overall satisfied with the hotel. The staff were all really nice and the upkeep was good. The only real problem was that the room was really small. It looks a lot bigger on the website. The view was gorgeous and everything was tidy and clean.

High Class Pet Friendly Experience

This fhotel is one of the nicest pet friendly hotels I've stayed in. They were very accomodating to me AND my pet. The surrounding neighborhood was fun and full of shopping and food. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.
