Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 243Great Hotel for the Money!
The fantastic service started with the valet at the door and continued on with each and every staff member we met during our 3 day stay. Some of the extra attention may have been due to it being a slow weekend...we arrived the day after Christmas. We were allowed to check-in two hours early. And when the young lady at the front desk learned that we were in Dallas for our anniversary, we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 243Outstanding experience
We lucked out on a 24 hour sale and then got upgraded to a room with windows on three sides on the 21st floor. Great views and pleasant room. The breakfast was tasty, free happy hour cocktails were fun, and the night cap milk and cookies were an added bonus. We skipped out on the $22 p night valet parking and paid $2 at the Neiman Marcus garage a block away. Great weekend hotel!!!

Stayed Friday night for our anniversary. Staff was very nice and the room was great. It was actually nicer than we expected. The breakfast was fantastic. Will definately come back next year.

This hotel located in the downtown district was like a palace. Great service, great atmosphere, and great experience.

The hotel was great. I cam back late one night and tried the tv for the first time and it didnt work. That was the only complaint.

This hotel exceeded our expectations from cost to design to locale. I whole heartedly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 243near the majestic
I went to a event at the Majestic theater. this Hotel was close enough to walk confortably. The hotel bar is "under construction" and needs more tables. The rooms have great beds andthe bathrooms are spacious.

Ice buckets were in the room, but no ice machine on the floor.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 243Good value
My husband and I stayed overnight for a wedding that was downtown. We were disappointed that the rooms had outdated TVs considering we have stayed at lesser hotels with much nicer electronics. Also, there was construction going on and they were in the midst of putting up X-Mas decorations. That being said, we enjoyed the happy hour offered as well as as the cookies and milk. They also have a nice breakfast buffet. All and all, we felt like we got our money's worth but would probably stay somewhere different next time.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 243Needs some work
There was a dirty coffee filter left in our coffee maker, and a few other dirty items in the room. The hotel offered free breakfast, but had completely run out of hot food when we got there, and told us that "it'd be awhile" until it was refreshed. The elevators seemed to be slow, and on our trip down from the 23rd floor, we had to stop 4 times for employees. Though they never got on with us, they did use the same elevators, which really slowed it down. The complimentary happy hour was nice, but since there was only one server, we ended up having to order from the bartender.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 243Very Poor Service
After a long day we ordered room service to find out the kitchen was being remodeled and only a limited menu was available, but we ordered anyway. After 40 minutes the kids were asleep and no food had arrived, so we cancelled our order. The following day we called for a bellhop and after 20 minutes we decided to take our own bags down. The pillows are the worst! BTW...There are quite a few harmless homeless people walking around in the valet area. On a good note, the breakfast was good and the fitness room was nice. I think I will go back to the ZaZa.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 243Save Your Money
Our stay was a let down, we had stayed in one of the large suites on the top floors, we had to call to have the TV fixed, the heat fixed, the light over the dinning table in the room did not work. The room was very dark; all the blinds were broken or damaged. They had repainted the walls in the kitchen and living room and you could see were the painter did not cut in all along the base board, door trim, and light switches. The bath tub had two huge patches in the bottom of it and looked like they had been done by a drunken sailor; the fiber glass was rough and unfinished. If you go to the free breakfast go early so you can get something to eat and a place to sit.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 243Good suit
good quality of hotel service (check-in, help to find certain location, etc), beautiful interior, clean and comfortable room, and room size was pretty good for the money. I'll stay The Magnolia Hotel when I'm in Denver again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 243Would not recommend
Hotel was ok but, parking was terrible no parking available to even stop for a minute and check in. Had to park on the street. Valet took 15 plus minutes each time to pick up and leave car. Elevators terrible very long waits for elevators atleat 10 minutes with each trip. Full breakfast was good but if you wanted eggs with your full hot breakfast it would cost you 6-8 dollars extra. Room was nice very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay but would not recommend to others.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 243Great Boutique Hotel for Price
I booked this room online with hotels.com and received a great price! My room was HUGE and even had a full kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and the free breakfast, happy hour and milk and cookies were above and boyond.
