The Lenox Hotel Boston

Jimmy worth one star by himself.

Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, especially Jimmy the bellman. Our beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely return here on next visit to Boston.

The Lenox Hotel is a fantastic hotel and the service is equal to the best I have ever experienced. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I feel the quality of the room was on par for a four-star hotel.

The Hotel and its location to anything you might need was perfect, park your car and walk. Perfect!

Great Value

Grand old hotel with very helpful staff. Room and facilities exceeded my expectations. Very convenient location to Boston "proper". Wide variety of services, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Good exercise room.

Outstanding Hotel

I enjoyed our recent stay at the Lenox hotel. It was clean and everyone was extremely helpful. The one thing I liked the most was that it smelled so nice when you walked through the door. It's in the perfect location you can walk everywhere. Great hotel!

Quality hotel in a great area

I especially liked the 24hr business center (free printing!) and 24hr fitness center (tv's at the top of every machine!). The room service was prompt, the room was cleaned very well each day, and the showers had high water pressure. Everything about the hotel screams "convienence" from the location to the all-hours staff. Right off the green line (Copley), it was super easy to get nearly anywhere in Boston from the Lenox.

Pricey but Convenient

A rather expensive hotel, but conveniently located near all of Boston's attractions. We were able to walk to Fenway, the Freedom Trail, Chinatown, Fanueil Hall and more from The Lenox!

Nice Stay

The hotel is very well kept and the staff is very friendly. Great hotel bars! Only mishap I requesteda wake-up call and did not receive one.

GREAT Hotel

Great location - close to great shopping, great food, the subway, tours, Copley Place, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has nicely balanced the charm of an older hotel with updated decor, including flat screen TVs, nice bathroom, etc. Some of the rooms are a little small because it is an older hotel but they're plenty big and all have a walk-in closet. I am extremly picky about hotels (haven't liked some Ritz's) but really liked this hotel. The ONLY suggestion I have is to improve the water pressure of the showers.
