The Inn on Bourbon Ramada Plaza Hotel

Location is great but service could use some work!

I have been to New Orleans many of times and the location is great and for the most part the hotel was really nice. We stayed on the 2nd floor and I have to say this particular floor didnt smell all that great. It smelt like must and body order. Also, the construction on the 3rd floor started at 7:15 am and lasted for several of hours. That's not how I wanted to wake up after a night on Bourbon or on vacation! I was not impressed by the desk service. I asked where the nearest liqour store was and they had to make a call to find out.....Well it was right outside of the door!

Nice Stay!!

Great location, have stayed here several times and staff has always been nice. Got some good rates from Hotels.com. Is the Center of Bourbon and close to shopping and site-seeing. Can expect noise on the Bourbon side but wasnt bad on the top floor. In-roon safes are very convenient. Will stay there again.

Great Spot on Bourbon St

If you want the full experience ask for a room in the front, if you want your peace and quiet at night and some sleep, ask for the back. Nice hotel, great breakfast in the morning (xtra charge) and great staff.

Great room for the money

Other than construction starting at 9am, everything was great.

Quarter's Best Location and Value

You can't get a better location in NO. Parking and amentieis were fantastic. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I will be staying again here everytime I get the chance.

Good location

This hotel was being renovated so there was construction noise early in the morning. The location was good but you have to pay each day to park which I thought was pricey.

Very comfy

I got the room for one night for a bachelorette party. So we all met in the room & toasted. I lucked out & got a suite for free. It was a little noisy because our room was close to Razoo, but that was to be expected. Not like I went there to sleep anyway!!!!! Very convenient.

Great location

Right on Bourbon Street!! We had a room facing away from Bourbon and did not hear any street noise. We could hear our neighbors talk though, thin walls! They did not clean our room the first night even after requesting it from the maid. Seems there was a misunderstanding about our arrival time (We arrived at midnight and they thought we arrived early morning.) This was not enough to spoil our trip and we did enjoy the hotel and it's great location. I would stay here again.

This hotel is a great place to stay in you are wanting to be near the French Quarter and Bourbon St. It was SO nice and the staff was exceptional!!

Very Impressed With The Staff

I'am Originally from New Orleans and I was very Impressed with the Staff Member very helpful and so polite. The pool was beautiful and clean. I had a emergency that arose with one of my guest that accompained me and the thoughtfulness of the staff to make sure me my guest needs were met was tremendous.

Nice accomadations in a nice area.

If you want to take in the Bourbon Street experience this is the place to stay. It is located right in the middle of all the excitement. The employees were very polite and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Great Place to Stay

right in the heart of Bourbon St this was a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clea, comfortable rooms. It is on bourbon so expect lots of noise. We were there for the bourbon St experience so noise was not an issue. Would recommend for friends, couples who want to hang on Bourbon St and in the quarter, but not for families.
