Nice older hotel, but smells musty

The Buena Vista Palace Resort and Spa is a nice place. It is well appointed and the foyer / entry is well decorated. We did not get a chance to eat there during our stay. Parking is a little inconvenient because of the walking path including steep steps, but it wasn't terrible. Our only large complaint is that the floor and room smelled musty or like mildew. The beds we comfortable and the amenities we nice including the free WIFI. We would probably not stay there again, but the rate was very favorable considering the location.

The best stay

This hotel was magnificent. The valet and Bell Hops were very helpful and knowledgable. The only thing we didn't care about was the pricing of beverages on the premises. Overall very nice stay. We will be going back hopefully soon. Thanx.

its ok

be very careful abt the hotel staff, housekeeping turned on my laptop and the hotel security and the managers never called me back as well as the resort fees are outrageous. the parking is awful. and do not valet please.... the valet people treat ur car really bad.

needs Improvement

Our room had a very musty smell and everything felt damp,also the pool area was a big disapointmentagain I felt trapped at a hotel I hated.If I had not prepaid through hotels . com I would have checked out right away so I wont probably use this service

Nice Hotel but undisclosed charges

This was a nice hotel with great rates from Hotels.com but when you check in they do not tell you about the hidden fees you will incur while you are staying with them. This is why we will never again stay at a Disney Resort Hotel. You get more for your money if you stay at a hotel outside of the resort.

Not worth your money

1-Hotel was very inflexible for early check in and late check out. 2-Roaches in the room, saw one at night, another in the morning. 3- wrote to management about it, no immediate response.
