Better Than Expected

The popcorn, cookies and coffee in the lobby were the first sign that this hotel was trying to make up for it's classic-motel appearance with service and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised, especially with the breakfast, which they did not classify as "deluxe continental" although to my mind it was.

Good Deal

This is an older establishment. Nevertheless, maintenence and low-key rennovation are on-going, and done well. Everything worked, it was quiet, the pool and spa well maintained and cleaned as well.

Great Customer Service

This is my second stay at Bell Hotel. I found the young lady at the front dest to be extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. She was also very professional. I required assistance with a problem I was having: It was late at night and my key was not working in the door.

Good Value.

Overall very satisfied. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Difficult to find entrance to parking lot. Need better signs. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Needs a wholesale makeover.

This motel was way below what I expect from a "Best Western." Our AC unit did not cool our room very well no matter where the settings were. Many of the AC units left large puddles of water on the sidewalks outside the room. There were sidewalks that were uneven and unsafe to walk on. The edges of the desk in our room was sticky along the edges. Things in the room and bathroom just looked sloppy - poor paint and caulking job.
