Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 1404Great room for the money
Good for the price I paid. They upgraded me to a suite as they ran out of standard rooms.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 1404Very Disappointed....
I am specifically disappointed with the swimming pool. I called before I make my reservation and they told me that the pool is heated. I stayed there for three days and the pool was freezing cold. I took my two kids and I promised them they will be swimming as the pool is heated....I was embarrassed and I am highly disappointed!!!!!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 1404Nice hotel with great views
Nice hotel with affordable prices but the location of the hotel is at the end of the strip. Pros : Great views of the City via Stratosphere which is free for residents Hotel is affordable and clean Cons : At the end of Strip Casino smells Smoke more than other casinos

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 1404Decent hotel for the money
Good place to stay if you are looking for a cheap room on the strip. The rooms are decent, but the hotel casino and restaurants are quite boring. Also note that this is at the very end of the Strip and a cab ride to places like the Bellagio would set you back at least $20.

This is a hotel where you can go and enjoy the casino life and relax and a very upscale clean nice rooms over looking the Las Vegas Stripe. Service there is unbielievable great.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 8 of 1404great Value- check in took forever.
Room was clean and well maintained. Property was nicely taken care of. Standing in line for almost an hour to check in was excruciating.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 1404Good hotel; can make the services better
1. the check-in process took a very long time (about 45 mins) phew! which was all the more tiresome considering that we reached the hotel tired after a long drive at around 9:30pm. 2. the type of room that I had registered for, wasn't available and I was provided a 'better' room, but with a 'bad' view (outside the window we could see the AC units of the casino), which is not what you want to see in Las Vegas, especially checking in a hotel on the strip. 3. the bed was the best part of the room 4. check-out thru the TV was the easiest and wish check-in could have been as fast.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 1404What does "reservation" mean?
I reserved and paid in advance for two non-smoking rooms. When I arrived to check in I was told that there were no non-smoking rooms available. What does "reservation" mean then? The person at the desk then assured me that air purifiers would be sent up but of course none showed up.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 1404It's Vegas. LET ME SLEEP!
We called for a late checkout, and in spite of this, we were woken up at 8, 9, and 10 am by hotel housekeeping. It's Vegas on Sunday morning AND we called for late checkout - do they REALLY think people are going to be up and out at 8 am? This place is ok overall, but the housekeeping people need some training. And they had the nerve to leave a little envelope for a tip on top of that. I have a tip - when people are sleeping - LEAVE THEM ALONE!

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 1404Very far from the hot spots of the City
Hotel is very far from the hot spots of the city. There is nothing complimentry, you don't even get water to drink. Rooms are very far from the reception area. Entrance to towers is via the casino, which is full of smoke.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 1404All they want is my money
We had three people in our room but they only gave us tower tickets for two. It cost $15 to go on top of the Tower and have to pay to use the telescopes is just wrong. I was really surprised that internet access was extra per 24hr period when hotels outside of Vegas it is included.
