Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 7Good for a Parisian hotel
I have stayed at many hotels in Paris and find them all below expectation. This one is no exception but it's better than most. The rooms are very small, it's expensive and you can only fit two people in the hotel elevator. They charge 27 Euros for a breakfast that is essentially just a croissant with jam, juice and tea or coffee. It is very convenient for the eiffel tower.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 7Charming - Perfect for Paris
If you're looking for the big US hotel feel...this one is not for you. If on the other hand, you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Paris...this could be it. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay there. It was a bit pricey because of the relative convenience to sites and shopping, but is easily our pick when we return to Paris. Picture a Bed and Breakfast set inside of a hotel and you'll have an idea of what our room looked like.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 7Beautiful Hotel
The Sofitel Trocadero Dokhan's - Paris is a beautiful and quaint hotel located within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. It's so sweet with such "French atmosphere" and the staff are all warm, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. It was really refreshing to have lengthy conversations with the sommelier in the hotel's champagne bar, and the front concierge was so helpful in helping us find a wonderful French restaurant right down the street that we LOVED! Our room was comfortable and the room interior was pretty and very French...Housekeeping was prompt and the bed linens were crisp and fresh all three nights. We actually upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe when we arrived specifically for a large marble bathroom with a big tub. It was worth it after long days at the museums! :-) We will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we visit Paris!

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 7Good Value / Great Location
Very good hotel for the money. Service was excellent. Very helpful staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Close to the metro. Only downside was having to dodge painters in the common areas. Short term issue.
