Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 33Great location and price!
This is a terrific hotel. Great location, and compared to other downtown hotels, the price is quite reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It might not be the Ritz, but if you are just looking for a comfy and convenient hotel to stay while you are exploring the city, I highly recommend the Sixth Avenue Inn. I will certainly go back the next time I am in Seattle.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 33Very nice hotel except
The only thing lacking with this hotel is a computer with internet access. many hotels I have stayed at offethis customer convenience, there was no computer in the lobby although there was internet access in your room if you have a computer with you. We needed to hasvre our car jump started which the hotel did in a friendly manner.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 5 of 33Great location, clean rooms
This hotel was clean although definately dated inside the rooms- Location was perfect...very close to Westlake Center, Downtown and night life. The strip club across the street that lights up the room at night with its flashing lights was a little distracting but once you pull the curtains you do not notice it. Great value and price given its central location.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 33Affordable alternative to conference hotels
If you are attending a conference at the Washington State Convention Center this is a very cheap alternative to the usual conference hotels. 5-7 min walk to convention center, bar is nice, food is good, staff is friendly overall great value.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 33not worth the money
Although fairly conveniently located in Seattle, the room smelled badly of smoke (cigarette) and the carpet between the room and bathroom was soaked. It was not worth the money.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 33great location
the location was excellent and close to everything...Patricia and the entire hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating to all our needs...lots of guest parking available at $13 per night which we were very willing to pay since we paid for a standard room but was upgraded to a 'club room'.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 33clean, comfortable, thin walls
This hotel is a good value for its downtown location. It is clean and comfortable and the staff were generally helpful. Parking is an extra $15.00 and is not guaranteed if you get in late and all the spaces are taken. Thin walls: If they are partying in the next room at more than a whisper you will probably hear it.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 33somewhat run down
the hotel has a good location and there is a bar on the second floor which is nice. The elevator looks like homeless people sleep in it. Also, starting at 3:00am the toilet started making a very loud noise once every 20 minutes. Between that and the blinking neon light from the gentalmen's club across the street, it was very difficult to sleep. It's like this place just doesn't care.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 33Good value
The Sixth Avenue is a pretty good hotel that's within walking distance of almost anything you'd want in downtown Seattle -- I even walked down to Pioneer Square, which was a bit of a journey, but you can do it. It's comfortable and a hard value to beat for its location. It also has a pretty decent in-house restaurant that does a good breakfast.
