Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 374Really Good Hotel
For the price, it was a very nice hotel and pretty close to the event we were attending. The location is perfect if you are doing anything at either of the stadiums. The free shuttle service was useful except they stop running at 12:30am. The hotel staff said they would be able to help with a cab but when we called, they couldnt provide any help so we walked the 2 miles back to the hotel at 2am! Other than that, the room was very nice and the hotel restaurant/bar was pretty good.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 374Incredible!
This was the best deal ever found for a hotel! It was right next to the venue where we needed to be, would be excellent if you were in town for a Mariner or Seahawk game and has close access to downtown food spots. My only quarrel is that the bed could have been more. It was really hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, it was awesome!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 374Close to SoDo Showbox
We stayed here on NYE because there was a show at SoDo Showbox. It was the perfect location since the wait for taxis afterwards was about 3 hours

We stayed in a two room suite. Which we did the year before with excellent results. This year we did the same thing with the four of us. Results not as good. Of cousre this was during the last Seahawks home game on Dec.20th. Hotel was full and it was 28 degrees outside. Problem was the heat in our room never did work correctly. Sometimes down to 58 degrees. Maintenance people tried but to no avail. Some things that happened. Paid extra for the extra person charge, but no one thinks of adding pillows or 4 coffee cups. Small thing but adds up when you pay large sum for one night. Last year we were able to leave car in parking garage during game for $20 charge. that was not availble this year. We will stay somewhere else next year.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 374Great Hotel
The hotel was very convenient for us to get to the Seahawks game. Great exercise equipment, although the room was small. The restaurant service was slow, but they may have been short-handed due to the heavy snow in the area. Overall a great hotel and we will stay there again when attending a football game.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 374great deal on Hotels.com
Very nice room, although the bed was a little hard for my taste.Lovely pillows. Excellent TV, and free internet. The restaurant/bar has great food and friendly servers. I was on jury duty, and was able to walk to the courthouse. Have stayed there before for sporting events as well, which is very convenient.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 374Very nice hotel stay
My wife and I attended a concert at the Showbox and booked the Silver cloud due to it's location to our event. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was so nice and the staff was very efficient. We were walking distance to our event, but since it was raining hard, we took the free shuttle. On top of everything, they have a generous 12noon check out time so that we didn't have to get up early after our late evening out. I have read other reviews that had a problem with the noise. For those, I hate to be the one to tell them, but, it's a CITY! Cars, buses, and even trains. But none of that was too excessive to prevent enjoying our room. All in all, a great hotel and experience.

Wonderful hotel near train station and stadiums. Friendly staff and very clean comfortable rooms. Only thing lacking was a free breakfast.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 11 of 374Shuttle Service
We really enjoyed the compliementary shuttle service...it allowed us to save money and go out and enjoy the city! It also was a great location when attending a football/baseball game because it helps with the cost of parking.... Also the bed/sheets were very comfortable! Overall it was a great hotel!

Wonderful little hotel. Very modern, clean, staff friendly and helpful. Food and service was very good. Baseball fans, the hotel is directly across the street from Safeco Field. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I will stay again.
