Location. The Sheraton Yankee Clipper Beach hotel is located on an 11-mile stretch of beach in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. This property stands adjacent to the Bahia Mar Yacht Center and is positioned one-half mile from Beach Place's shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Hotel Features. On-site dining options include the Clipper Steakhouse that features breakfast buffets, and lunch and dinner sandwiches, pastas, steaks and seafood. Munchies Deli is open 24 hours a day, and the Sandbar and Grill serves seaside sandwiches and tropical drinks. Expert Tip. Originally made famous in the 1960s movie "Where the Boys Are", the Wreck Bar is designed as an underwater shipwreck. More recently, this site was chosen as a movie location for "Analyze This." Live music performs at the bar on select evenings, and an underwater window looks onto the pool. Bar patrons can witness a mermaid swimming in the pool on Friday nights.
