Needs renovation!

We stayed at the resort not the villas and the room was old, and had no elevators. In need of renovation. The rugs were dirty and with stains. On the check-out day, exactly at 10:00 am. the maids were knocking at the door telling us that we had to be out,because they were there ready to clean. Although check-in time is 4;00PM.

Outstanding Villa

Our villa was fantastic...kitchen, washer and dryer, huge TV's, & very comfortable bed! There are pools galore, with great features such as waterfalls and fountains,that my child loved. Plus, there is a mini golf course, tennis courts, and market within the resort grounds. It's a great family vacation place. We definitely want to stay there again!

NICE PLACE

I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED. AFTER READING SOME OF THE REVIEWS I WAS NOT SURE WHAT TO EXPECT. I DID ASK FOR A NEWLY REMODELED ROOM AND IT WAS VERY NICE. EVERYTHING THAT YOU WOULD NEED. WE WERE NOT BOTHERED WITH THE TIMESHARE AND JUST TOLD THEM THAT WE WERE NOT INTERESTED. VERY NICE FAMILY PLACE WITH LOTS OF ACTIVITIES AND NICE POOLS. WE STAYED IN THE LAKES AREA AND IT WAS AWAY FROM THE MAIN POOL AND VERY QUIET.

Highly Recommend

It was great except for the fact that they try to talk everyone into a time share. The initial check in was disappointing because they tell you that you are "waiting for a welcome packet" when it is really a chance for them to talk you into a session on time share. They should really be up front about that when you check in and not waste people's time if they are not interested.

THEY ARE REMODILING THE ROOMS.tHE ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE AND BIG.tHE KITCHEN HAS ALL THE TOOLS.Very modern decoration,nice furniture and everything new.Really nice!!!Great location,near to restaurants and parks.

The room that was provided did not have stable internet, it was outdated, mosquitoes and humidity. My previous stay in this hotel the room was outstanding it was in a different building.

Awesome Deal

We stayed in this hotel after labor day. The location is great. It's very close to Disney. The room is clean and nice. The staffs are awesome. They are nice and try to help. The facility is great. This hotel has so many thing offers to customer. The only thing that I don't like is the speed of the internet connection. It's very slow and I have to work at night. It's almost drove me nuts. The work that I ususally finish in 3 hours became 3 days. if you have to work while you trvel you may need to find Starbucks accross the street. Other than that every thing is great.

Exceptional

Our Villa was everything you hope for when you book lodging. The whirlpool in the master bedroom did not work, but was a small inconveince considering the cleanliness and beautiful design of our Villa. The only other complaint we had was the constant calling for the 90 minute "breakfast" which was obviously a time share pitch. Just unplug your phone and enjoy the luxurious surroundings that are done in exquisite taste. The pool area we used was really nice and knowing if we didnt like it, or felt it was too crowded...we had many many others to choose from. Check this place first if you are ever visiting Orlando
