Good but one overbearing flaw

The hotel was great, good location and beautiful decor. However, when we were headed to bed, after pulling back the covers, I noticed some small brown stains. Maybe the sheets were washed, but either way they should not be stained for a prestigious hotel. Also, when pulling back the pillow cases, some hairs were left over.

Love This Hotel!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it was great 3 years ago. When I walked in I had the same feeling..this place is great! The lobby is beautiful, the dining area is kept in tip top shape, the rooms are amazing..love the rooms, the service is great, the location is great because there are super markets and all kinds of resturants to choose from. When you get there u really never want to leave!

Perfect and convenient

We had a 2 bedroom suite, which we did not expect, and it was perfect for our family for a quick overnight between flights. It's super close to the airport. The only problem was that we had to wait in the cold (in December) for the airport shuttle. It's on a 30 minute loop between the cluster of hotels near the Sheraton and the airport. Even waiting in the airport baggage area was cold, since the doors keep opening and closing. Despite this, I would highly and without hesitation recommend this airport.

Annoying experience

There were two mornings when I woke up to drilling outside my room. Apparently Saturday and Sunday mornings were used to replace all of the door handles on the 4th floor. The restaurant is way over priced. The parking gate is very annoying.

Great choice

Staying and working in Philly for five days I wanted a place with a little bit of room and the Sheraton delivered. Nice room. Modern, clean. Room service, the one time I ordered it was on the money and timely. The front desk and staff were friendly and helpful. It's located near two other Starwood properties, close the airport and minutes from downtown. All in all, after studying the marketplace on hotels.com, I thought this was a good situation for me and I'll definitely book there again.

Very Solid Hotel

It's fairly far from downtown, but if your comfortable with mass transit or have a car, this is an excellent hotel for the money. The rooms are very spacious, very quiet, and the service is top notch. The on site restaurant, Relish, has some of the best food at a hotel I've ever had (the burgers look just like the pictures). Definitely would stay again.
