Great Location...Questionable service

Great location in central Waikiki, however the internet service was very poor (no signal) and the room was very noisy. Perhaps it best to pay more to not have a city view. Room was rather stark and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Great location; pricey food

Did not eat at the hotel at all - their prices for what amounted to average buffet were outrageously high. In the neighborhood, there are much better AND cheaper options. Staff were inobstusive, but friendly and most willing to accomodate any wish. The room was great -had a fantastic view of Waikiki beaches. I would stay there again.

Convenient, Comfortable and Welcoming

We love this hotel and have stayed there twice! It is conveniently located in the middle of "all the action" and right across the street from the beach. It is welcoming and comfortable without being "prissy".

Good hotel for the money.

Even upper floor rooms do not directly face the ocean but part of it. Service was great! Whatever we needed we had it. (They even brought a microwave into our room). Perfect location with a walking distance to everything. Go to the Creation show on the second and ask for hotel discount.

needs updating - run down

This hotel is pretty run down for the rate. Needs some remodeling & fresh paint Not a great pool closed at 6:00pm

GREAT HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I loved the location and all the things to do around the hotel. Everything was within walking distance and there was always something to do in the hotel lobby from shows to singing karaoke. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay there again on my return trip to Hawaii...

Great location

Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is located in such a convinient place. I would recommed to stay there to people who want to enjoy Honolulu.

Great room for the money

We enjoyed this hotel. The access to Waikiki Beach was great. The employess were very helpfull. Would come back again. We had a partial ocean view and were very please with the view.

Older hotel, good service

Due to a plumbing problem in the room next door, I was asked to move out of my room in the middle my vacation. Since a comparable room wasn't available, the guest services manager upgraded me to a two bedroom suite. Though it was an inconvenience to pack up and move in the middle of my week long vacation, the upgrade was thoughtful and much appreciated. Only complaint I have is that they advertise free wireless internet in the lobby, but it is only on the computers they supply and you can only log in for 10 minutes at a time.
