Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 108Renovation is good
Initially I missed the old Sheraton, the wonderful old lobby. I have now adapted to the new Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf. I enjoy its direct simplicity and excellent services, an unexpected peaceful oasis amid all the activity of the surrounding area.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 108Great room for the money
The location was perfect. The hotel was comfortable and clean. We arrived very early (10:00) and check in wasn't until much later but they were able to accommodate us right away. The concierge was very helpful to us in planning our sightseeing. I would stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 108Great room, location and service was wonderful
The renovation made the difference in staying this time at the hotel. Great crisp, clean decore. The outside firepits were wonderful in the evenings to just sit and chill out. Loved being right across the street from the F-line for transportation to business and to other spots through out the city. The cost of using the internet would have made it outstanding, I think this should be a consideration in the pricing, I was traveling for business and needed that accessibility but opted not to do to the cost!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 108Good Hotel
Fair price for the quality and location. Stayed overnight for company Christmas party. Parking fee $43 WAY TOO HIGH! Parked on the street 2 blocks away; (Jones) has a few spaces without meters. Night life ends at midnight.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 108great location, comfy bed, quiet room, thanks!
No waiting for elevators, always plenty of room, quick access to the stores and restaurants. The most quiet room we have ever stayed in in SFO! There was no street noise, slept great in a very comfortable bed. We will be back, thank you!

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 108Needs Improvement
The bed linens did not appear to have been washed prior to my stay. Hair and fresh blood stains were discovered on the pillow. I also noted dirty dishes from room service left in the hall way for several hours.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 108Wireless Internet
Although they have wireless, it is a nightmare getting access, as you have to program your computer. I finally gave up.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 108Terrific value
Unbelievable value for a Sheraton. Clean room with modern fixtures and furniture that you would expect in a room costing 3X as much.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 108Nice Room, But No Way to Order Food After 10:30 pm.
The location of this hotel was very conveniently near the wharf, and that was a plus. The room was very nice, although we would really have liked to have had a mini bar/frig -- particularly in light of the fact that we could not eat at the small cafe in the hotel after 10:30 p.m., and there was no way to order room service!! We inquired about where we could eat in the neighborhood, and were given (incorrect) directions to a nearby IHOP which was supposed to be open 24 hours and was not. The staff was not helpful in regard to our polite inquiries about how to eat somewhere after 10:30 p.m. The next day we found out there is a 24-hour Safeway one street over which has hot food, soup, sandwiches, etc. NO ONE at the hotel told us this information. It was all very disappointing.
