Great room for the money

Large room, with abundance of space for work amd leisure. Hotel recently remodeled, looks good, bathroom could use a little work.

outstanding hotel

We were pleased with the over all stay. Very nice rooms and very good service. We were close to everything we wanted to see and things that we wanted to do.

Great Hotel

Clean rooms, courtious staff, close to Galleria. It was a little difficult to find...not being from Dallas. But the price was right and the rooms were large and inviting.

"Hotel to Avoid"

This was the worst experience with a Starwood Hotel I've ever had. The hotel looked nice and the reception was warm and friendly. However the problems I experienced ruined any good will the hotel may have had. The rooms feature a new flat screen TV, but the cable appears to be an old antenna on the roof. Most of the channels had poor reception. The most disapointing issue was the fact the hotel was having hot water issues and did nothing to make the guest aware of this. Both times I tried to take a shower the room had no hot water. When I called the front desk, all they would say was "sorry we're having trouble with our boilers". No answers as to when the problem would be fixed. I tried to call room service for dinner, and the operator told me they were busy and someone would call me back. After 30 minutes with no call back, I decided to go to the restaurant in the lobby instead. Except this time, despite waiting at the host stand (twice) no one in the restaurant came to help me and the entire restaurant was empty of guest with the employees setting at the bar watching TV. I left and ate elsewhere. I truely enjoy Starwood Hotels, but this was a real disaster of a stay.

Low Price

I got a great price on hotels.com for this room, they actually had a discount from the treatment place I went to, but the hotel.com price was way lower.

Awesome Hotel

Beautiful hotel, rooms are nice and super clean! Love the area! Beautiful and trendy! STaff was nice and freindly. Will stay there again.

Very comfortable

We stayed on a Sunday night, so I think we received a bargain rate. Even at the regular price, this hotel is very worth it. The rooms were very quite and comfortable. Beds, furniture and bathroom was perfect. The lobby is roomy and very clean. The bar and restaurant was dark, quite and cozy with a good beer selection and great food. The heated pool was nice, considering it was cold out. The sauna was nice, but wasn't a steam sauna. It took a while for it to warm up. The hot tub was not working, which was unfortunate... It's a little confusing trying to get to the hotel since there's a giant mix-master freeway mess next to it. But again, it's worth it considering the quick check in, reasonable price, very cozy rooms and nice bar/restaurant. Will definitely stay again!

Great for the price!!!!

The hotel is great, personnel is great! We had no problems at all. The room was comfortable. My only complaint is that there are no balconies......anywhere! That's no fun.
