Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 1 of 361Not worth the money
The Good: The location was great - right next to the Back Bay area and Newbury street, and attached to Copley Place. My view was nice - it overlooked a fountain - and it's a very short walk to the subway. The Bad: I had a lot of trouble with the keycards. The first time I went to my room, the key did not work, and I had to wait for someone to arrive with a new one. I stayed there for a week, and it happened three more times. (Note: I wasn't keeping my key near anything magnetic - after so many problems I was being extremely careful with it.) Cleanliness wasn't what I would expect from a hotel like this. I know that rats are expected in the city, but seeing one in the ballroom as I headed for my hotel room was not comforting. The lack of free wi-fi in the rooms and no fridge didn't work well for my long stay, and two fire alarms in one week was a bit annoying. All in all, it wasn't the hotel for me, and I wouldn't stay there again. Especially not for the amount of money I paid.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 361Great location attached to indoor shopping mall
Super quiet rooms and stunning views overlooking south Boston from 23rd floor.Excellent fitness center and pool. Strange large gap under doors to rooms so had to roll up towells to cover the gap. Greeted throughout but personable staff would stay again defintely.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 8 of 361Fantastic Location
We stayed at this hotel on our first trip to Boston. Not only was the hotel everthing the review said it was more. The location is ideal for those who want to experience a little bit everything boston has to offer. The fact that it is connected to the Prudential Center was very beneficial from having shopping, several restaurants and the T right at our door. The fact that the weather was not great, we didn't even have to go outside if we didn't want to. Steve the lobby bar server was great! They sure know how to make a great martini. The conceriege and bell staff were also very prompt, informative and friendly. The room was very modern and updated, clean and the bed was AMAZING. The bath was a little small but for two people it was adequate. Overall a great time and will definitely stay here next year!

Decent tourist hotel. Rooms and service were fine, nothing special but decent. Very nice pool, great for kids.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 361Friendly, helpful staff
We had just gotten off a less than enjoyable cruise and arrived at the hotel well before normal check in time. The staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to check in early so that we could drop off our luggage and start exploring Boston. They gave us tips and directions that made Boston the best part of our trip.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 361Close to Fenway
Great location, close to Fenway if you're a sports fan, nice walk before/after game. Also, great restaurants within walking distance to hotel on Boylston and surrounding streets. Adjacent to Prudential Center for top of Pru views and shops below.

I would change the comforters. They were very loud making hard to stay asleep.
