    The Good: The location was great - right next to the Back Bay area and Newbury street, and attached to Copley Place. My view was nice - it overlooked a fountain - and it's a very short walk to the subway. The Bad: I had a lot of trouble with the keycards. The first time I went to my room, the key did not work, and I had to wait for someone to arrive with a new one. I stayed there for a week, and it happened three more times. (Note: I wasn't keeping my key near anything magnetic - after so many problems I was being extremely careful with it.) Cleanliness wasn't what I would expect from a hotel like this. I know that rats are expected in the city, but seeing one in the ballroom as I headed for my hotel room was not comforting. The lack of free wi-fi in the rooms and no fridge didn't work well for my long stay, and two fire alarms in one week was a bit annoying. All in all, it wasn't the hotel for me, and I wouldn't stay there again. Especially not for the amount of money I paid.

    Super quiet rooms and stunning views overlooking south Boston from 23rd floor.Excellent fitness center and pool. Strange large gap under doors to rooms so had to roll up towells to cover the gap. Greeted throughout but personable staff would stay again defintely.

SideBar & Grille serves cocktails and appetizers in the lounge. A total of 70,000 square feet of function space accommodates events. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Internet kiosks are available in the lobby for complimentary use. The Sheraton Boston Hotel features a limited-hour fitness center offers cardiovascular equipment and free weights for fees.

Guestrooms. This 29-story hotel offer 1,216 guestrooms, some with views of the Charles River. Rooms feature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper sleigh beds, 230-thread count linens, triple sheeting and five down or hypoallergenic pillows. Navy velvet drapes complement natural-tone carpets and cherry-wood furnishings. Bathrooms are clad in marble. Coffeemakers are stocked with Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea. Expert Tip. Interior corridors to Hynes Convention Center, the Prudential Center, Copley Place Mall and an underground subway station are accessed via the hotel's escalators.
