Two Thumbs UP!

Every aspect of the hotel and our stay there was outstanding. From the courtesy of the gateman, the bell service, check-in ease, there was a pleasantness exhibited not found everywhere. Every employee seemed to be happy with their job. Even the housekeeping staff were cheerful and always greeted us with a smile were more than willing to help or just chat for a moment. The entire stay, we were treated as special guests. My wife has traveled the world and her rating of this place is *****, five Full Stars!

It is an amazing place to stay. It is huge, clean, elegant, and the location is great if you want to go to Sea World or Universal Studios

Very nice hotel

Beautiful surroundings. Lots to offer. Very clean/friendly service. Only downside if any, is the distance between self-parking and lobby/rooms. Be prepared to walk a good distance. No complaints about anything else.

Very good pool area, very nice rooms but very big. Try to get a room close o the elevators.

THE BEST HOTEL EVER

The Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel is the best place I have ever stayed at. The personnel were very friendly and helped with everything I needed. The room was very comfortable and I really slept very well in the luscious beds provided. When I went to the pool area, the waitress came to my assistance as soon as I put the flag up. I really enjoyed my stay. My only regret was just staying for one day. I can't wait to go again. Thanks for everything.

Great Location

Top Class Hotel. Very accommondating staff. On large enough track of land you get the felling that you are not in the city. Resort quality.

Awesome

Very nice hotel....The staff was excellent, the pools were great and the rooms were good. Only problem is no balcony with rooms. All in all a great place to stay

Very happy

The hotels condition and room much exceeded my expectations. I paid $7x.xx for the night and it was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in for that price. The shuttle to and from the parking lot is nice but it would have been nicer to not have to pay $8.00 for parking. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the hotel. I even had to make a special request for a baby crib and extra towels for my kids and they had the crib up for me within 15 minutes of check in. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will stay here again.

Great Resort Hotel

The hotel and room were outstanding, very clean, comfortable and luxurious. The only problem we had was with self parking. We did not want to pay for valet so opted for self parking, which turned out to be confusing. The amenities were great, the restaurants decent though definitely overpriced. We ate at the Osceola Cafe, which offered a buffet dinner for $26. The buffet was nothing special. I would definitely stay at the Rosen again, but would eat somewhere off site.

Best New Year's Ever

I booked this hotel back in July, based on the Hotels.com reviews that I read and I must say that we were not disappointed. Although we had a full week planned at surrounding attractions, my family always looked forward to going back to Rosen Creek to relax and enjoy the friendly and festive holiday atmosphere, the outdoor pools, and luxurious rooms. This hotel is reasonably close to the airport, shopping areas, and theme parks, and is easily accessible to all the main highways, yet it still maintains an atmosphere of exclusiveness. We ordered breakfast and evening snacks at the food bar in the Country Store and ate out on the patio by the pool. If and when we ever go back to Orlando for a vacation, this hotel will definitely be at the top of our list of places to stay.

Faaaaaaaabulous place!

The Rosen Shingle Creek hotel is about as plush of a hotel as you can get. I cannot stress how simply massive the building is driving up to it and how amazingly beautiful it is inside. The rooms too are very beautiful with plush beds, marble countertops and even champagne and strawberries if they are requested. :) However, the hotel has a tendency to nickel and dime you, such as eight dollar a night parking and charging you for the internet. But aside from these things, the hotel is wonderful with three bars, an on site supermarket and grill that is open 24 hours a day seven days a week and even a haagen daaz ice cream store. woot! The Rosen Shingle is definitely the place to go for a romantic getaway where you want to shut off your cell phone and get away from the internet (saves you nine bucks a night) and just enjoy yourselves. I HIGHLY suggest this hotel. :)
