Great beds, pillows and bedding, very spacious room but very narrow bathroom. Clean, lots of drawer space, accurate temperature control and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Older hotel, very comfortable beds and great price for the stay. Good for family on a budget and not looking for luxury but just basic needs. Needed extra pillows and they brought them fast. Good service.

our first hour there our ac quit (80).was replaced in 2 hrs .after that customer service went away. 3 calls and 1 trip to front desk for toilet paper and towels .which were left out of restocking room .we were told housekeeping went home and gave pool towels and no paper think god for 7-11 .we were interupting front desk employees crossword puzzle .alot of stuff to do around hotel though

The location was really close to Universal Studios. There was a restaurant across the street with a cheap but good breakfast buffet. When another guest called the front desk about a problem while we were checking in, the clerk immediatetly called security to check out the situation. We got a room on the seventh floor - what a beautiful view! The building faces the interstate which my husband thought was a bit too noisy but it didn't bother the rest of us. The room was clean, we received a great deal, and the whole experience was better than we had hoped for.

I PICKED THIS HOTEL FOR ITS LOCATION AND PRICE. WE WERE GOING TO ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY, AND JUST NEEDED A SOFT PLACE TO LAND AFTER A BUSY DAY. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE CONDITION OF THE HOTEL. IT WAS VERY CLEAN. WE HAD TWO ROOMS. ONE OF THE ROOMS SMELLED A BIT LIKE CIGARETTS, WHICH WAS WEIRD BECAUSE IT WAS A NON SMOKING ROOM. OTHER THAN THAT, WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WOULD DEFINATELY COME BACK HERE!!!
