Great Customer Service!!!

I arrived late to check-in and the room was not available. The receptionist was extremely courteous and made arrangements to upgrade the room for the inconvenience. The room was clean and comfortable. The overall experience was pleasant.

Just one elevator work! amazing!!!!

There was just one elevator working for the tower I was in. So it could take about 15 minutes to go up or down. Besides that, everything else was OK. The room is nice and clean.

Start 2009

Our stay was very plesant and fun.The hotel staff were very polite, never forgettinga "hellow" or "Good morning" They added greatly to the plesant feeling to our stay. the room was cosey, I enjoyed the marble tile and walls. Clean, warn and comfortable is the way to go. The buffet was nice, the food while good, was not special. Overall we will stay agqin.

Fantastic room for the money

The Riveria has upgraded their rooms. I have stayed prior to this time in this hotel however the new bedding upgrades are fantastic and very comfortable. I liked the access to the strip just outside the front door.

Outstanding Hotel

The room was excellent. We got a suite overlooking the strip. This was an excellent room for the price we paid!! We will definately stay again and book through Hotels.com

Worked out great

We booked our room on hotels.com 30 minutes before arriving. Probably almost the last reasonably priced room available on the strip ($60). The registration agent gave us a nice surprise, upgraded us to a 3 room suite with hottub since they were full. Very sweet. The next day the registration line was terribly long. Restaurants were decent. Staff was helpful. Pool was closed. Why no hot tub??

Good price, conveniently located...

For the price, this was a good choice, centrally located with convenient access to parking and neighboring attractions. The room was fairly clean, although the housekeeping staff do come by a little late in the day.

Excellent Service!

The Riviera Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Their staff was both professional and personable. Our hotel room was amazing and comfortable.
