needs improvment

room was great ...but a little league baseball team was on the floor above and the night was awful...reported the noise to staff at 6pm..they said if it did not stop security would do something...at 10 they wanted to move us rather than take of the problem...won't stay there again...*

Great room for the price

The only bad thing they only have coffe and hot chocolate no bread o pastrys.

Great room for the money

I was unsure of the hotel before arriving due to hearing that the neighborhood was not the best but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel itself is set away from the main streets and the front lobby was very secure (a hotel key being required to open the doors after 9pm). The staff was friendly and when requesting additional towels, soap, etc. they were very prompt (even though the request was made at 10pm!). Comfort of the room and bed was far better than expected for the price. Overall would definitely stay again on next trip to Phoenix!

didnt sleep at all

the surrounding area is not very good and the beds are like rocks with sheets.

Very Good

Found the room to be very satisfactory. Bed was a little hard for my tastes, but what do you expect its not home!!!!!!! Would stay there again if I ever go to Phoenix again
