I really liked this hotel. The area was close to everything and it was very quiet and nice.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 233Right off of I-17
Nice place to stay if your planning on getting around Phoenix. Its right off of I-17 and that makes it easy to get to and from your hotel.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 5 of 233Great room for the money
This room was a good size for a couple vacationing for a few days. It had a spacious shower and bathroom which I liked. Overall it was a good price for the room. I would stay here again.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 233Can't beat the price
This is the second time that we stayed at the Ramada Plaza. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is great. They always have hot food and many choices.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 233Great room, awful breakfast
The room and service were outstanding. The flat rurkey sausage were disgusting. The potatoes were pasty and underdone. The menu promised "sausage links" and instead gave out nasty little dry flat "turkey patties". If breakfast is a draw (and it was for me) this one lost business. Nine anyway, 5 stars for everything but the buffett. That got one star for the waffle bar.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 233Good Value
We stopped in Phoenix to visit our son while on a road trip to Missouri. We did not want to spend alot of money since we only planned to sleep and clean up in the morning. The hotel room was clean and surpisingly spacious. The included buffet breakfast was not very good, but that is not why we stayed. The hotel was convieniently located near the highway, but I did not hear highway noise. We would stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 233Needs Improvement - - but price is great!
Very satisfied with staff service. I noticed that bathroom floors, ceilings and mirror glass needs to be replaced. Towels needs to be replaced with brand new ones. The standard king room bathroom mirror smeared with brown stuff and seems like it was not cleaned. The front staff are very nice and friendly, relocated and upgraded me to a deluxe king room. After a long drive from California thats what every guest needed to relax in a clean and wider room. Breakfast is good. I will come back to this hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 233Needs Corporate Strategy Improvement for Customers
Poor customer service. The executive leadership of this hotel needs to go back and review their hotel management instruction manual to learn how to treat the people that put food on their table, people like me, AKA CUSTOMERS. This Place asked me for a copy of my ID during check-in to make a photocopy and keep it in their files. I have never had a hotel ask me for my ID to make a photocopy. Perhaps they were afraid I would steel their towels.
