Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 302Fabulous Hotel.. In the Heart of the City!!
Fabulous Hotel!! And their staff was incredibly friendly. Their hotel is located in the heart of Philly! We were able to walk to streets for hours.. taking in all the historical moments of this busy city! I am going back this summer and plan to stay there again!!

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 302Relaxing and Inviting
The Radisson Plaza Warwick Hotel was nice, friendly and met all of our needs. One suggestion to all that come to the Warwick; please do yourself a favor and stay on the club level if you are traveling with your family or staying for a few days. The club is slightly more in terms of cost, but you have a private floor as well as access to the club lounge (free breakfast, before dinner drinks and snacks (beer/wine free, and mix drinks at a cost of $6.00)as well as dessert at 7pm. In addition to the club make use of the gym. It is very nice and up to date and free for all guest. I would also suggest that you speak to the concierge (Cindy) if you need assistance. She is very friendly and helpful. One last note; if going to the bar ask for Simone or Ray in the evening. They both will take care of you and engage you with great humor and stiff drinks. For the price and atmosphere, the Radisson Plaza Warwick is well worth its weight in gold.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 302Very Convienent, Moderately Priced Hotel
We had a great stay at the Radisson. It was in a great location and within walking distance to everything. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had a lot of amenities within. The Prime Rib, Tavern 17 and the coffee shop are all great establishments right on the premisis. The service at the this great all around, from the bell hops through the parking attendants. We will definetly be recommending this hotel and look forward to another stay.

My husband and I were in a car accident on the way to the hotel. The staff went out of their way to give us information and accomate us in our unique situation.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 302Good Hotel, but
Niggling problems: missing coffee for in-room coffee maker; no do not disturb sign in room; very slow internet connection.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 302Had a great time
Great location and big humungous room. A bit low on water pressure in the shower and some street noise late on a Saturday night. But nice staff and very convenient non-starbucks coffee place right there plus a nice bar w/ pleasant band on Saturday. Not sure what all the hype is about with the sleep member beds, we couldn't quite figure them out but were still very comfortable there.

This was a last minute decision to stay in Philadelphia and this hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Close to great restaurants and theater district. Vallet made it very easy.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 302Older Hotel in Great Location
We came to spend part of our vacation in Philadelphia. Pleasant surprise to find out that the location of the hotel near Rittenhouse Square is very convenient to everything: restaurants, shopping, public transportation. It's an older hotel which has been renovated and refurnished. It has its imperfections, but also has style. Our room was somewhat cozy with a comfortable king-size bed (sleep-number bed, if you're into that sort of thing), nice sized bathroom, and free internet access. Our only complaint is that it took quite awhile to figure out that the thermostat on the wall did not control the temperature in the room. At least we were only sweating and not freezing. The staff was very courteous and helpful. No refrigerator in the room, but probably can be requested. Parking with in-and-out privileges is an extra fee, but there are many 24-hour lots in the neighborhood.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 14 of 302Don't take the room above the bar.
The hotel service was fine. The location is perfect. However, our room was very noisy because it was above the bar. The bar must be the happening place in the neighborhood because the noisy crowd was there until it closed. The other thing was that the bathroom was freezing cold. It had no way of heating itself outside of the room's HVAC. Lastly, and this is a very minor point, the valet changed the radio station in our car and had it playing when we entered the car. Again, this is not a big deal. It is just tacky and reflects poorly on the hotel.
