Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 91Clean and convenient
Located near major highway. At the time I was there, it was quiet and I was in a room located directly off of the lobby. Close to many retail and restaurant options and the sleep number bed was a nice amenity.

...than this. We've stayed here before many times. The room was not as clean this time -- scum on the sink, someone else's hair on the bed spread (yecch!) Maybe they were having an off day? The sleep number bed was uncomfortable. Rooms here with regular beds have good mattresses. In general we recommend this hotel. This last time was something of a disappointment.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 91Noise Complaints not Addressed
There were several kids hockey teams staying at the hotel (which is located very close to the city's hockey rink). The kids were playing mini hockey in the hallways, blocking the halls, elevator entrances, and walkways. Management did little to correct the problem and the kids pretty much had free reign of the hotel. We complained to management twice and the problem they said they would do something about it, but rather than disallow the activity, they just moved the kids to another area near the lobby and away from the rooms. This was still a problem because there was no way to access the lobby from the main rooms as the "hockey games" were taking place in the hallways leading to it. I felt like our complaints were not taken seriously. Understandably, there are noisy guests from time to time, that wasn't the issue. The issue was the lack of resolve and attention to the matter. I won't stay there again.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 91Everything was wonderful except the bathroom...
We stayed at Radisson in Chandler for a weekend out of the house and away from the loud family. Everything was great. Except for the bathroom... the toilet was not bolted to the floor and when you sat on it, it would wabble.

We absolutly loved the tempurpedic bed in the room (very Comfortable). Very friendly staff, and close to our destinations for the weekend. We give this hotel a 10 1/2.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 91Nice room layout
I really like the layout of the room! There was a nice big desk and work area. The sleep number bed was also a nice touch.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 91A couple things missing
My boyfriend and I stayed at this Radisson because we wanted a nice, but cheaper hotel to stay at for Memorial weekend. Radissons normally have a good reputation and nice quality is expected. However, we were sadly disappointed. Now we're not picky travelers, but the lamp was falling off the wall and it just looked bad. Everything else in the hotel just seemed older. They had a sleep number bed, which was nice because we weren't expecting it and we had never slept on one, but we ended up not liking it, it was hard to find our number. But that's just our personal preference, some people may like it. I did wish there was a refrigerator and microwave there like most hotel rooms now a days. Also, there is no free breakfast. I find it hard to find a hotel without a free breakfast nowadays, but this one doesn't have one. There is a restaurant in the hotel but they charged way too much for breakfast. The surrounding area was fantastic! There was a lot to do, the Chandler Mall was about five minutes away, restaurants close by, just a great location. Another thing was they had a lobby computer and printer that you could use for free. The pool looked great. It was a great big open area, lots of room to lay out. It was a beatiful pool and hot tub too. We never got out to use it, sadly, but it looked nice. Overall it just seemed like the Radisson was a little rundown and a little overpriced for what we got. A copule things missing to make it worth the money so I would recommend something else before booking here.
