Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 108Didn't honor number of beds requested.
We paid for our reservation over 100 days in advance. When we arrived late in the evening (which we knew would happen), they had given away all the rooms with two beds and gave us a room with one bed and a hide-a-bed. Obviously, it was not a restful night. We were still charged for the room with two beds.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 108Sleep number bed
I stayed at this hotel because of price and to try the sleep number bed. The hotel was nice, but the bed was a disappointment.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 108Radisson experience
Needs improvement... Located close to everything, but this hotel needs a makeover, better service with cleaning, coffee didnt come out to lobby until 7:00a.m. loud noise from heating and roof units and the plumbing needed repair in room every morning but one, changed rooms twice. The price is a little much on sundays, why? The front dest was very helpful, responded to problems quickly and always said something polite in and out of the hotel.

Far surpassed my expectations. This is a great hotel. The room was great.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 108Great customer service attitude
Great place to stay. Besides being in a convenient location close to the airport and good places to eat and shoping, the customer service goes the extra mile. When I checked out on Thanksgiving morning I asked for a good place to breakfast, they recommended me a place but called and was closed. Then they suggested me a local place close by, they called to make sure they were open and even gave me a peek of the menu and draw me a map with easy directions. The place ended up being a great experience. KUDOS to the front desk.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 108nice room but very noisy due to outside AC units
Overall the hotel was nice and the room was comfortable. The room we were in was directly above the outside air conditioning units and was, therefore, very noisy. Another room away from the AC condensers would have been much nicer.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 108excellent experience with superior staff
This hotel outdid its competitor across the street with a beautiful lobby and overall outstanding architechture. The presence of a snack bar and easily accessible business center were a nice touch. The front desk staff are trained to inquire about extra needs we might have had - and were exceptionally professional and courteous.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 108Close to Airport, but Not Good
This hotel was close to the airport, and had relatively nice decor. However, upon arrival I waited in line for quite a while to check in. There was only one guy working a very busy front desk. A girl poked her head out from behind a wall, smiled, and went back into hiding without offering to help the overworked gentleman up front all alone. The non-smoking room really smelled of cigarette smoke, guess they got that wrong, but I didn't want to have to wait in line again to change rooms. The Sleep Number beds are uncomfortable, like being on a waterbed if there are two people sharing. One person in our party ordered food from room service. It was good, but the prices charged were higher than those listed in the menu, so be careful. Lastly, we left the hotel for dinner that evening. When we came back, security was throwing an entire quincinerra party out of the hotel! Police cars then came racing into the parking lot. It was a little nuts. I kept waiting to see a camera crew from the TV show COPS.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 13 of 108Great room for the money.
The price was great for this hotel. For our 2 night stay, it served our purpose. We didn't use any services, except the pool, the water was cold in the mornings this time of year, Oct.. The beds were real comfortable. Linen and towels all very clean. Will stay there again at that price.
