Great location, great services. We were traveling from Asia with a baby and arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and a very nice front desk clerk (lady) let us check in to our rooms at 10:00 AM. We are very appreciate the help from the front desk clerk. Keep up the good work.

I'VE USED THIS HOTEL MANY TIMES DUE TO ITS PROXIMITY TO LAX. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PARKING STRUCTURE IS BEING WORKED ON AND WON'T BE READY UNTIL LATE '09.

I had paid for a king room and when I got there they only had a double bed. 2 adults in a double??? I asked for a reciept and was told the only reciept I had was the one I came with. they have a 100% satisfaction and am waiting to see if they can satisfy me

The TV, the Movie Service, The Internet, the Heating, the Elevators, the Non-existent Room Service.....oh yea...the Shower....maintenance was in my room 4 different times the first night. Every single thing was a problem....some big and some not so big....but literally every aspect of the Hotel was screwed up and I would never stay there again unless I have no choice.... Appears to be understaffed and poorly managed at the Supervisor level. It was my second such experience there....wont happen again.

Failed to give any information about the hotel not having self parking. valet was slow, inconsiderate and $20 a day to park and valets seemed like they expected a tip on top of that.im not a cheap person however if im not satisfied with service I do not like to tip and valets made it very noticable about someone not tipping. the room was clean and beds were comfortable however a loud noise coming from vents kept me tossing and turning all night.i called the front desk to complain and nobody all night... I mean nobody all night, even answered the front desk telephone.That was the first night, the second night I returned to hotel late around midnight, there were two front desk people working and a line of people still checking in. The elevators are extremely slow in this hotel. I finally arrived to my room and my key cards were a problem the whole trip and would not grant me access to my room. I proceeded back down to the lobby and waited in excess of 45 min for someone to even acknowledge me. Finally my key cards were fixed and i was able to enter my room after the ordeal. Again I tried to call the front desk over and over to get a wakeup call the in the morning and again for an hour nobody answered the phone at the front desk. I then gave up and set the alarm on the clock provided by the hotel only to wake up 2 hrs later then i should have because of course the alarm clock did not perform the function it should have.

Arriving and departing the hotel was an extreme chore. There was not direction where cars should park and all cars had to be valet parked a couple of blocks away. The elevators didn't work properly and one elevators consistently didn't stop on the 9th floor. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation as the rooms and bathrooms are very outdated and very small. The bathrooms don't even have a vent / fan.

Front Desk staff needs professional TRAINING, Concierge Service was Excellent. Elevators(4)were really in very bad conditions, sometimes you need to wait for more than 15 minutes. Regular room cleaniness was very good but due to poor maintenance such as carpet was having many dirty spots. Proper maintenance was badly lacking which spoil other good work of housekeeping & general cleaniness of the hotel. Parking was ridiculous & over priced.

When I checked in and I told them I was by myself, they decided to give me "an out of order" room with a double bed. They told me there was no king size beds which I do not believe at all. There was no trash can in the bathroom, the bed was very uncomfortable, one of the lights did not work and the kleenex tissue holder in the bathroom was broken. I woke up the next morning with a sore back. I did not complain at the time becuase it was late and I was too tired to deal with it.

I had neighbors partying all night slamming the door open and closed a total of 42 times! When I called the front desk 3x they did nothing! In the morning I asked for an adjustment and they did nothing! Super rude front desk staff

I was disappointed that there was no self parking available at the hotel itself. Even unloading and checking in was inconvenient, and I was forced to either pay $20 a day for valet parking or walk blocks from a pay parking deck. Once inside though, the hotel was very nice.

We had reserved a superior room but we were initially put into a standard room. When we informed the front desk of the mistake we were moved to the correct room without any further problems. The room and service were very good as was the great price we got through hotels.com.
