Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 45Exceeded expectations for the price
At the price I paid I wasn't expecting much more than a run down room in a shady part of the city, but it was cheap so I tried it. The area of town, downtown Glendale, was beautiful. The hotel had a unique charm and was very quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were as helpful as could be. I felt very safe at the hotel because of the surveillance of the grounds. A lot of people complained about the train in their reviews but I didn't hear it once. I highly recommend Quality Inn Glendale.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 45Good Hotel
We stayed at this hotel so that we would be close to the Arizona Cardinals football stadium. We were about 5 minutes away from the stadium, so that was good. The hotel was very clean and the staff in the front was extremely helpful and kind. The waffle breakfast was fantastic. I would give them 110% on all of the above! The hotel itself was old, and although it was very clean, the bathrooms left a little to be desired. I probably would have looked for a different hotel if I had been staying for more than one night, because I did not care for the surrounding neighborhood. Even though the rooms, themselves, were gated, I was concerned about my car all night. So, yes, we got a great deal for the price we paid; however, I felt a little uncomfortable with the neighborhood.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 45nice hotel, bad location
The hotel was nice. We were only 3-4 miles from the stadium but were 30 minutes from any nightlife or nice restaurants.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 45Good for a one nighter
Hotel was ok rooms are comfortable but the bed is hard as a rock ac unit is extremely loud and the not so distant train runs very late and starts up again very early. Breakfast was ok just juice pastries and make your own waffles. The neighborhood is terrible you arent close to any major shopping centers not many restuarants except small family run businesses. Apparently close to the new football stadium but I wouldve rather found something "on the other side of the tracks"

The hotel was in ok condition, although the rooms are exceptionally small. The neighborhood was a little rougher than I had expected.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 45The experience.
The bed was very hard and I had a difficult time sleeping. My wife did not have a problem. The room was large and the wall colors were warm and pleasant to look at. We could make our own coffee in the room but in the lobby there was fresh coffee that was very good. The patio area had nice fountains and grass and was very peaceful. It was a great place to sit in the early morning with the lobby coffee and a paper.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 45Nice Hotel, good price
My kids and I stayed over this past Memorial Day weekend. The overall stay was nice. The room was comfortable. There was some paint peeling from the ceiling near the light but otherwise the only complaint I can make is that my children were not happy they missed the continental breakfast that ended at 9am on Monday and not at 10am as it did on Sunday. They are 6 & 8. I think it would be a great idea for the Continental breakfast to last at least until 10 or 11am for those late sleepers.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 45Great hotel, Just lousy and noisy gate near our room
We booked online no problem. Hotel was 15 miles from my step daughters place. We arrived at 3:00 am and were directed to a handicap suite w/ king bed, But was located next to a exit Gate, that banged continously from 4:00am til 11:00 am when we finally got up, When management was notified about the problem we were switched to a quieter room for our second nights stay.
