AC didnt work

The air conditioner didnt work and the hotel didnt do anything to accomodate the inconvenience

Not bad,,,

Its not a bad hotel at all. You get a nice room for the money you pay. I would recommend this to someone without a doubt. Besides, if you are on a vacation. How much time do you really spend in the room?

Needs Improvement

Need Improvement. The guest services gentlemen were not very polite. They were sarcastic in there response to our questions about Walt Disney World. Was saying that Universal was better, and acted like we were stupid on choosing Walt Disney World. Hotel should offer shuttle to Disney World if they are going to provide shuttle to Universal.

Good room for the money Needs a little improvement

Breakfast buffet was very good, The driveway side is noisy till 12:00am. There was a put put golf on the drive way side If you want quite don't pick the driveway side choose the inside court. Water could have been hotter. Their is a internet in the lobby pay type that does have a printer it was handy to print out airline tickets

Very pleased Traveler.

I used this hotel with my wife,two kids and our chihuahua, we loved this hotel, the rooms are very clean, the service is good and the kids eat free in the restaurant. I'll recommend this hotel, the price is very good for the quality of the rooms and the service.

Cheap, but dirty & loud!!!

We didn't want to pay much, however, expected the hotel to be updated and clean...it was not!!! It was next to a mini-golf course and it was loud. Beds were uncomfortable and bath was dirty.
