this hotel was very nice~

my friend and i stayed in the club lounge room on the 32nd floor. it has really good view and it was so clean and comfortable. especially, i arrived there early. it was around 10am. but i could check-in at that time. we enjoyed our staying.

Pleasant stay

The Parc 55 is perfectly located - in city center and close to public transportation. For a hotel this size it is very efficiently managed. The rooms are large, quite for the area, and many have incredible views. The hotel has many promotions and in many cases is a great value.

Pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. The location is great because the mall was literally located right outside our window. The lobby was very clean and our room was very clean as well. We had a great view even though we did not pay extra for a room with a view. We stayed on New Years Eve and we still were not disturbed by other people. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely we staying here again. The only downside...$50 parking.

Big and Exciting

The hotel is bright and clean , has the feel of a palace . Rooms were comfy and quiet , parking expensive but you get valet service . Convenient location .

Doors close loudly

There are hinges on the hotel room doors that close them automaticlly. They make a slamming noise and I was up most of the night.

Very nice hotel

We stayed in a Club room and it was a great upgrade for the price. The Club room itself provides a substantial breakfast and a light supper and dessert. It's a great savings in an expensive city. They are rigid about the 3pm checkin, creating a HUGE waiting line at the check in desk and the stored luggage area. While the website warned of repairs occurring at the same time as our visit, the effort was quite invisible. Nice music in the common areas.

Convenient Union Square/Civic Center Hotel

This hotel was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice the concierge made our dinner reservations for us and everything worked out fine. The room service was very precise and worth the money paid. It was also located in a great place for eating, shopping and site seeing all within walking distance. The only thing that stood out that was odd was that the bed sheets and towels had a unpleasant scent prob due to the detergent they use.
