The hotel always is in great shape. Watch the 'resort fee' they charge at checkout as it is unexpected.

The room was clean but the ceiling above my room was creaking. The cleaning ladies were yelling at each other about who needed what towels at 8 in the morning! I had to pay an additional $10.00 for the use of the casino?! and the use of the pool?!! It was 42 degrees that day! The woman who checked me out was not very friendly.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 943Great room for money
This hotel was one around mile away from the strip....very near to Stratosphere and Circus-Circus. Apart from this, the price I paid was much less compared to other nearby hotels. Room was OK. However, there was no fridge, microwave or coffee maker in that room. Overall I was happy with the room that I got.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 943Needs improvement
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. Last year we had a good experience but this year was different. When we arrived we found the shower to be dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the location of the room in the courtyard building was very noisy. We ate at 2 of the restaurants which were very satisfactory. We stayed at this hotel because of its location so might give it 1 more try.

Base on the money you paid, this Hotel is a great place those on a budget both single and family. It also has convenient places for dinning and great loacation to other sites of shopping and entertainment. Kudos to the Staff and Associates at Palace Station.

Price was right, personnel were surly, and the buffet was slow, and not very good. Just OK, not good.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 943It was not two queen beds, and the paint was peeling.
When I booked, I thought I has booked a room with two queen beds, and when I checked in, even the desk clerk confirmed two queen beds. When we got to our room, it was two double beds. I contacted the front desk and they told me that they only booked doubles and that the website should specify that. They could not help me, despite the fact that even the desk clerk said "two queens." The room was SMALL and very cramped with even two double beds and the paint was peeling in the bathroom over the sink. The only redeeming quality was that the whole building we stayed in was non-smoking and accessible without going through the smokey casino.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 943Noisy Hotel
Perhaps the location of the room; I was near a main door to the Courtyard rooms. I was woken constantly through the night by banging, loud talking in the hallway, etc. Got very little sleep either night due to excessive noise and lack of soundproofing.

The hotel room was very nice and had a large, flat screen tv.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 943Great Deal
Got stranded due to weather and the Palace Station was a great bargain. Inexpensive first night and second night free. One downside to all Vegas Hotels, smokey casino.

hotel charges you additional fees when you check in and call it a "Service Fee" which makes no sense at all.
