Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 292Great room for the money
The room was small, but very clean. The best thing was no additional fee for Wi-Fi.it was included in Resort Fee. We would stay there again if on a short stay. Not recommended for longer than a 3 day stay. Close to Universal,Wet & Wild on "I" Drive. No contiental breakfeat served at this Days Inn.Ihop right across street.

Front desk staff and maintenance were just great. My room had a few problems on check in but they were sorted. 1. phone not working 2. toilet coming out of the ground 3. light in the bathroom not working 4. light switch in the room not turning off 5. could not get into room most times - key did not work. All were fixed except the key issue.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 292Not a pleasant stay
The hotel staff were rude and very unfriendly. Our room was next to the laundry room and it smelled musty and was damp. The paint was peeling off the walls and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 292OK for a night in an emergency
Surprise fee required for our supposedly "paid for" room. Broken door lock. Bad lighting. Staff barely speaks English. No wifi as advertised, unless you go sit in the lobby. No ice machine. No soda machines unless you walk to the lobby. Bed was a rock, and pillows were maybe an inch thick. Two safes, neither one working. But: It *was* incredibly cheap, even with the surprise fee...

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 292Great for the money
I read the reviews posted on this site about the hotel, I will admit that when I booked my room I was wondering if I was making a bad decision. The hotel is ina great location, tons of shopping and resturants near. Universal is a $5.00 cab ride. The staff were great and very helpful. For the money this hotel is a great buy. I will def stay again!!!!!

The location is ideal, located conveniently with respect to area attractions. The rate was fantastic, especially considering that we stayed there up to two days before Christmas. The housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs and kept the room in great condition. It's not a "luxury" hotel, but provided a great home away from home during our stay.

Good for money, however hotel key didn't work too good. No continental breakfast offered.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 292Decent room for the money
I got a really low rate for the room, so we were expecting it to be horrible- it was very clean. The Hotel itself needs some work, there was not an ice machine, and the door to the room was hard to open and you could see the outside light, but like I said, for the money- it exceeded our expectations!!

I booked this hotel for 9 days based on the fact that is was only to sleep and shower... 2 adults 2 children. We arrive and it was a pretty hang out over the weekend. Our room keys were disabled the first night and had to go and have them reactivated, not to mention it was about 3am. The cleanliness of the room was pretty gross; they really should invest in air fresheners and getting the rugs steam cleaned once in a while. They could change the bed sheets more than just once a week (on Tuesday's)... Oh and make sure you keep your stuff packed and accounted for because we arrived at our room one night and our door was left opened by house-keeping, by the way they only make your bed and replace toilet paper.. You would think they could clean around the sink which had a funky smell to it...There were also these little bugs (no cue what they were) but we noticed them on the bathroom floor, around the sink and who knows where else... Good Luck!!!

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 292Outstanding room for the money
I had no problems except on 1 day the key cards would not work, I had a replacement in a few minutes. We stayed for 4 days and there were no problems. The staff was more then helpful, the room was clean. I believe we had new mattresses & pillows. Linen clean and smelled great. Any question we came up with there was a satisfactory answer. I will gladly stay there in the future. The phone & TV worked. There was 4 of us and it was great. I was skeptical after I read some of the other comments but was pleasantly surprised.
