Omni Hotel Downtown at CNN Center

Great Hotel, Conventent to lots of things, Over all Outstanding !

The hotel was very clean. the rate we were quoted on line and the price we had to pay at check out was & 78.56 less which was a great surprise. We saw a NHL, NBA and NFL game this weekend and was great for it to be all right there at the hotel. Would stay here again for sure. The only con to the hotel is there food in the resturant was very high, so we eat our meals next door at the CNN center food court. It makes it nice not to have to go outside to eat or see the games, it is all under one roof here.

Great If You're Seeing a Game !

The Omni is the only place to stay if you're going to a Hawks or Thrashers game! You can walk from the hotel into the CNN Center and into Phillips Arena. Great to have a 5 minute walk back to the hotel after the game. Centennial Park is across the street. CNN Center has a food court and shops.

Outstanding Hotel

This hotel had outstanding service. When I left something in my car, the valet went and picked it up and brought it to the front desk for me. Attendants at the front desk were very helpful with advice on where to go for dinner, etc. Bathrooms were very nice and beds were extremely comfortable.

Awesome Location

If you are going to an event at the Philips Arena it is the best choice for where to stay.

under construction/renovation

The room I got was fine, but the construction/renovation going on made certain aspects (parking, walking from hotel to adjoining venues, etc.) more difficult than anticipated. Staff was courteous and helpful. Over all a good experience.

Incredibly convenient.

This hotel is perfect for concerts at the Phillips arena. We were also walking distance to the Aquarium. The hotel did experience damage in the tornado earlier this year, however, our room was fine. I do hope that they will upgrade the furnishings a bit more as the carpet and wallpaper seemed a bit dated.

needs a LOT of improvement

We arrived during a freak cold windy spell and the parking valet guy had us stop a good 50' from the front door so we were lugging out bags in this awful weather. This hotel has two towers one for smokers and one for non-smokers. Were were non-smokers and out tower check in was closed which meant we were schlepping at 1230 AM through basically a maze to get to the other check in. THEN we had to schlep all the way back to get to our rooms. We opted for the restaurant breakfast to avoid the long buffet lines. Well, that was a mistake in that they too had lines to get eggs cooked! And for all this inconvience it was very expensive! I don't mind paying more if the service and convience is there. In this case it was missing. Greatly missing.

Nice hotel with good service.

Convienant to attractions and sports events. Congestion of downtown traffic is a hassel. Overall, i thought the hotel was worth the money.

location was good

Pricey for what you get! Its not a dump by no means. I reserved a king , ended up with 2 twins. $30 manditory valet parking.

Great Stay

Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the toilet ran the entire time. Otherwise, highly recommend.

late checking in

check in was 3:00 pm, we could not get in our room until 5:45.
