not good

The room was dirty and it had drug paraphernalia all over the dresser. Then they switched us to a room and the ac didn't work properly! I would not recommend......

Stayed for Business

Very good place to stay for the price! I stayed for a businees trip! Great rate for the beach to relax at night!

Great Hotel

For the cost of the room and location of the hotel (directly on the beach) you can't beat it. The staff is great and the Tikki Bar is right there!

Rundown and seedy

I read the reviews and some were good and some were bad so I decided to keep my reservations and hope for the best. Unfortunately the other reviewers were right and it was seedy and rundown, although the lobby was nice. The room was clean, but dingy. However, the front desk personnel were fine and the valets were especially courteous and efficient. Even so, I wouldn't stay there again.

Needs a lot of work, everything is old and dirty. Good location but that is the only positive.

Not worth the price

hidden charges once we checked in, charge for parking that we were never told of, charge for room safe that we never use, not a very frendly attitude of hotel staff.

Got what I paid for.

Lobby was very nice. Good location and nice beach. 6th floor rooms we tired. About what you'd expect from a low cost hotel. I'm sure it was once glamorous, not any more. Parking was $9.00 per night above hotel room price.

Perfect for girls weekend

We had a girls weekend and the hotel worked perfectly. The beach, view, price all exceeded our expectations. The only complaint we had were the beds were a bit too soft.

This is not a three star

The hotel room was not as clean as I thought it should be. The housekeeping staff was rude. Very thin walls....could hear people in the room next door. There was a leak in the hotel hall the entire 3 days we were there. The front desk staff were nice as well as the valet staff. Good location. But the hotel needs much improvement. I would rate hotel a 2 star.

wonderful staff and location

My overnight stay was great, Penny at the Tiki Bar is awesome, the front desk staff was very accommodating, the location on the beach was superb and nice ambiance. The Hotel boutique staff was extremely sweet and helpful, Hotel lobby beautiful and clean, the room was clean however ceilings need some repairing or updating, overall I really liked this resort and will recommend as well as return.

Needs Improvement on the mattresses

We did not really enjoyed staying at this hotel because they charged $9/day parking fee. Our family stayed from July 16-July 19. Our room was a facing the parking lot and not the ocean view. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was cleaned. The receptionist was not very friendly.
