Overall great experience

I have nothing negative to say regarding this hotel on the contrary the service was excellent, the room was clean and very comfortable, the only thing i found that i wan't really fond of was the charging for parking which was $12 a day, I don't understand if you already pay to stay at the hotel why are they also charging you additionally to park there. I would return to this hotel it's in a good and very convinient area. You feel safe and very comfortable there. Staff is excellent. I would definately recommend to anyone.

Great room for the money

Very clean and nice. The staff were very professional and accommodating.

Get Up Early For A Hot Shower!!!!

The place was nice, but if you want a hot shower you have to get in before 7am!

The room was clean but need some improvement

The Hotels was nice for the price, but they are having problem with the key issue, not just me but I had seen at least 5 other guess are having the same problem. So I have to wait for the room service to get in and out to my room and each time it would take around 10 minutes waiting. Other issue was there are only 3 Escolator for almost 160 rooms, therefore the Escolator are always busy. Other then this two issue, the room was nice and clean and the location was very attractive because the Hotel attached with the international mall for wholesale price. I don't mind to revisit again in the future

Excellent for the money.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. I had a pet with me and they made it very easy to check-in. Be sure to check out pet charges as the info on the website doesn't mention a $75 charge. However, they waived it because of the size of the dog.

Great room for the price

This is a very well appointed hotel for the money, at <$100 through hotels.com. I was only there one night and did not use the bar, restaurant, etc. but they looked nice, and since I checked in on a Sunday after 5PM, the shops were closed. Self parking was a reasonble $7; valet is $12 I think. My only (minor) beef was the low thread-count sheets, which were a little itchy and seemed out of place. So I slept in a t-shirt. Next time I stay I will have drinks and dinner.

BAD SERVICE

THE KEYS DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY. THE BARTENDER CHARGED ME FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE CONAC THAN THE ONE SHE SERVED TO ME. THE HOST AT THE FROM DESCK WAS RUDE AND INDIFERENT. EVEN WE PAID FOR 3 PEOPLE I HAD TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE THE SMALL BEDS AND THEY COULD NO PUT A 3RD BED IN THE ROOM AND THERE WERE NOT A SOFA-BED TO SLEEP IN. SORRY BUT VERY POOR SERVICE AND TOO MANY BAD MEMORIES OF THIS PLACE. SO PLEASE DON'T GO THERE IS MY SUGGESTION.

Needs improvement

Valet parking is very expensive. Normal parking area also too expensive. Very convenient located attached to Merchandise Mart for people doing business there, which is why I stay there. Convenient for personal shopping also. Food is not good. Good sized room and great bed. Very annoying everynight getting pizza flyers put under door.
