great weekend

Not a thing wrong with this hotel.For the money and location you can't beat it.

have reserved better for less money -- NOT RECOMMENDED

Not very clean - reserved room for 4 people and only provided 1 shampoo (VERY CHEAP) -- bad customer service, I saw a lots of complains while at the customer service counter ... HORRIBLE and I have paid less for a better a hotel stay.

Good room for the money

As others mentioned the carpet in the hallway looks really bad. It's not a great first impression when you're going to your room. But once we saw the room and how nice it actually was inside we didn't really care. And just a warning, there are two floors in the hotel but no elevators.

Needs Improvement

Just OK. Need to be improved . Lack of internet connection. need to wait in long queue...bcz of only one person in reception will assist you.

Good Hotel

Very close to Universal Studios, which is why we got picked it. Nice little hotel. Nothing fancy. The room was clean. Carpets were in Ok condition. Bathroom ok. I would stay here again next time im in Orlando.

Need improvement

When you walking toward your room there is a lot of smell of meldew and cigarrets. I did not fell comfroble sleeping in there bed.

Great location

Best location down the street from universal great rooms the rate was incredible. I use the same hotel every time I'm in Orlando.

Not bad for a cheap motel

You get what you pay for... the room keycards did'nt work half the time. The room had no washcloths, an iron and no ironing board, a coffee maker and no hair dryer. The sprinklers outside were set toward the parking area, soaked our motorcycles. The ice machine worked very little. The check in is 4p.m. which is kinda late (especially if you have tickets to a show). I would only recommend this place for a one night stay.

WACK!

This hotel might look nice in the pictures but it really isnt when you get there. Sure it is cheap and in a convenient location for all the parks, but I would never stay there again. One day I went to take a bath and there were two bugs coming out of the tub. That was disgusting. The toilets were yellow, and the rugs seemed like they were never cleaned.

You get what you pay for.

Overall the hotel wasn't too bad, although it certainly was not the most high class establishment. The hall smelled bad, but the room was fine. I would say it was good for a weekend stay but if you are going to be there longer than a few days, go somewhere else.

disappointing

i and my party were very disappionted with this hotel. first of all, we got a smoking room but there were no ash trays. when we turned on the heater it only blew out cool air. we were not able to get internet access in the room, only down in the lobby. last but not least, in the description on-line they made it sound like there was a fireplace in the room but there was not. i will not choose this hotel again.

Outstanding Hotel

Clean rooms.. great breakfast... great beds..microwave and frig in rooms... 4th time there and will always stay there when in orlando..
