My husband and I had a short stay in Paris in between business in Monaco. The hotel is small. However, our room was very nice...bigger than I actually thought it would be. However, the lobby needs a make over! The entire staff was friendly and extrememly helpful. Although it is close to Champs de Elysee and Arch de Triomphe it is not as close to other main attractions. The City Bus was very useful for us. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Effiel Tower the next closet attraction. The hotel is accurately priced and comfortable.

There are other hotels in the same area at a similar price, and whoever stays at this hotel will be extremely disappointed. The room I was given was smelly and dark. AFter escorting us to our room, the bell boy was walking around the room, feeling the carpet, waving his hand in front of his nose. The hotel lounge was very dirty, and the staff-ugh! The front desk employees were incredibly rude to me, and while my son and I were sitting in the lobby, we heard the receptionist trying to give directions over the phone, and after hanging up, he made these irritated noises and sounded like he was cursing using "le francais". I guess that's where the term comes from, "Excuse my French."
