Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 758Terrific overall value in Seattle
We were looking for a hotel with reasonable rates within easy walking distance of the Seattle Center. The Mediterranean provided that and more. Our room was a bit small but clean and very comfortable. The in-room microwave was appreciated, and the view of downtown and the Spaceneedle a real bonus. I loved it that there is an in-hotel Starbucks - I just rolled downstairs in my jammies for my latte and New York Times. I used the workout room, and much appreciated the towels, bottled water, and enough room for yoga - there is even an mirror and bar for a limited dance workout. The business center is adequate, and there is also a small and pleasant room in the lobby available to guests for business meetings. While not plush or glamourous the Mediterranean delivered all the amenities we needed at a great price. And as other posters have noted, the surrounding neighborhood has lots of fun restaurants and bars, and with the Monorail so close to the hotel it puts downtown within walking distance too. We will definitely go back.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 758During the December Freeze...
The hotel was in a great location for us, even with being there during the snow and ice storms in December. Its in walking distance of some great restaurants (including my favorite hamburger joint, Dick's Drive-in!). Hotel parking was huge for us, as well as its close proximity to the freeway. I was impressed with the quietness of the room as it was also clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 758Nice Stay
Girlfriend and I stayed at the Mediterranean because of the price and the proximity to the Seattle Rep Theatre. Everything was great. Nice having the Starbucks connected to the lobby. This was our second stay (first a few years ago) and everything was nicer than I remembered. Very satisfied. Hard to find a better value in Queen Anne district.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 758Good location
Convenient location--3 blocks from Space Needle. The rooms was a bit small for my family of four (2 children). The additional $15 for parking is expensive. Overall, it was a good value for my family of four.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 758Great room for money and location
This hotel is conveniently located in Seattle city center close to Key arena, the space needle, and the monorail that transports you to downtown. Plus the price was right.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 758great room for the money
Great room for the money. Nothing fancy but great neighborhood and within walking distance of a lot of things. Has a refrigerator and kitchen sink but no utensils or plates so bring your own if you are going to bring food into the room. Nice rooftop deck when the weather is nice.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 758Great Location and Friendly Staff
This was a great local and the staff was excellent... The only gripe that I had was the location of my room which faced republican ave.. There were a lot of noisy people walking down the street drunk or whatever on a saturday night.. Other than that no complaints the staff again was great

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 14 of 758Great location and cozy room
It's in a great part of Seattle, convenient to restaurants and a Safeway. The room was a little small, yet cozy. They have parking...$15 a day. I would go back.
