Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 134very sweet place
The hotel is a sweet old hotel with great charm and elegance. The room is small but very cozy and nice. The staff is exceptionally helpful. The hotel is close to all the shopping and restaurants of the downtown area and easy walk to virtually everything. I would stay here again for sure.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 134Good Location
The hotel was ina very good location downtown, only a few blocks from the public market and right next to shopping and the monorail, but for the price paid, the room was pretty small and the room service menu was very limited. I would probably stay here again, they should consider adding the hotel restaurants menus to the guide book in rooms, because the food and menu at the restaurant down stairs was better than the selection offered for in-room dining. You are really paying for the location and it is also clean.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 134Unbeatable Location
This hotel has a terrific location, in the middle of shopping, entertainment and a street car. Complimentary parking (didn't need the car). It also featured a very satisfactory restaurant and lounge. Comfortable.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 134Excellent hotel
We enjoyed everything about the hotel and the staff. They were all (every single one) extremely nice and helpful with every detail imaginable. The hotel is wonderful, but the staff is what sets the place apart from all the rest.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 134Great location, lovely hotel
We were very pleased with the location and overall performance of this hotel. The room while small was very comfortable, quiet and had a nice view. The bathroom and bed furnishings were superb. The internet connection was solid and the paper arrived every morning at our door. Parking is pricey - we used the mall parking next door and it was cheaper but you didn't have 24hr access. Only minimal complaint was that some of the tv reception was poor. The food in the bar(from the restaurant) was pricey - but tasty with the scallops being amazing!

Stayed there for an anniversary celebration. Very nice place. Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, valet parking, friendly staff.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 134We enjoyed our stay
My wife and I booked a room for our anniversary. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was somewhat small but very clean and well maintained. The TV is analog and the picture was a bit unclear but we didn't care. Valet Parking cost $30 plus tax.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 134Great shuttle bus to airport for $11
I spent a night in Seattle for a business trip. The hotel was fine, the staff was extremely helpful. When I asked about transportation options to the airport, one of the staff mentioned to me that there is a shuttle bus that leaves from the Westin Hotel (less than a 5 min walk) at the :21 and :51 past the hour. I spent $45 (including tip) on a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The $11 shuttle bus was a great bargain and something I'd highly recommend.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 134Charming, convenient, comfortable!
My room was beautiful, with a pleasant view. This is an old hotel, but it's been redone completely and very attractively, and it has a friendly, helpful staff. My room was quiet, no noise from the hall, very little from outside. My bed was wonderful, and I'm extremely particular about that. Pleasant bathroom, nice deep tub, great soaps, nice soft towels. The location is really convenient -- 1-1/2 blocks from the tunnel where the buses run to/from SeaTac Airport, the University of Washington, etc. Monorail and great shopping within a block (Nordstrom, Macy's, etc. I wish it had been closer to Benaroya Hall, but I could have walked to/from there if it hadn't been pouring rain. With some difficulty, I got a cab after the concert and was greeted back at the hotel by the doorman, right at the door of my cab, umbrella in hand. The restaurant, a small-plate type, was good though a bit expensive, even by my San Francisco standards. I would definitely stay there again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 134Great Hotel
We were thrilled with the hotel. We had a great room for the price. The location cannot be beat. And the service was top-notch. We walked the whole weekend, saw everything we wanted to and more, and are excited to return.
