    Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Location is in Coconut Grove, away from the bustle of Miami but also a bit of a walk to anything substantial. Stayed here 2 nights. Outdoor patio looked great with the wooden hot tub but it rained nearly the whole time and there was a lot of rainwater and leaves collecting out there on the patio furniture, etc. so couldn't use it when the rain stopped. Humid in the room with a slightly musty smell because of this, but GREAT bathroom and large room with nice TV/DVD player and wireless internet. Would stay again if you're looking for a nice room/bathroom where you can rest or if you have a car and aren't dependent on a cab ride to the beach, etc.

    I LOVED MY STAY AT THE MAYFAIR,HOWEVER;WHEN I SIMPLY ASKED FOR A BUCKET OF ICE NO ONE COULD BRING IT TO ME. THAT WAS MY ONLY DISAPPOINMENT.

Hotel Features. This property features Asian orchid gardens and bubbling courtyard fountains. Angelo & Maxie's Restaurant and Lounge is known for steak preparations, and the poolside Cabana One transforms into a DJ-hosted nightclub on select evenings.
