Huge Hotel Room

If you stay on the 1st floor, the rooms are very large. We really liked it.

Its a great plays to stay for younger people, but the only thing that was bothering me was the that the music had to be shot down after 10pm which is acceptable.

Great pool view

Comfortable, nice pool/garden. Make sure if u book pool view, you get it. they try to give us montain view when i had booked thru hotel.com pool view ! otherwise pretty nice place with a dinner/bakery around the corner,nice.

Love this place..

I have stayed there twice, the staff are friendly and helpful.. The rooms are huge and have everything you need from a microwave,stove,fridge,utensils,pans, plates.. extra blankets.. The balconies are private, I would not stay anywhere else in Palm Springs,between the location,staff and hotel you can't beat it.. Hotels.com might get good rates but be careful because they charge you a service fee.. it's not a flat rate, it's a percentage. There is also a 10.00 a day resort fee.

Nice hotel for the price

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the suite--it had a large bedroom and living room, a full dining area, a full kitchen and a huge bathroom (with 2 toilets, a shower and a soaking tub). The furnishings were a little dated but fine except for the pull-out bed, which was unusable. Fortunately, the kids slept comfortably on the floor with just the mattress... The pool and tennis courts were fun, especially at night (we visited in July), although the pool area could have used more lighting. The staff was a real plus--always pleasant and helpful. It was also nice to have underground parking so the car didn't bake in the Palm Springs heat!

Very nice place to stay when you're in Palm Springs

This hotel is winderful. bigger & cleaner than I expected. location is great, and the staff greats you with a smile. i will recommend this to all who wish to visit Palm Springs.

Roaches in the kitchen

The place was great other than that. The location couldnt be better. The grounds were well maintained. If I needed anything all I had to do was ask and It was delivered to me within 30 min (extra frying pan, cookie sheet. the first day I was there I opened an avacado ate half, left the rest on the counter only to return 5 min later and discover roaches were eating it. I never saw them again ( I was there 5 days). I simply put all food away in the fridge. They also let me upgrade my room and check out 3 hours later with no charge. I will definately stay here again.
