Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 205Excellent Staff; Good Room; Where's Breakfast?
Great staff, good hotel, good stay. Had difficulty getting breakfast within a reasonable distance, despite the Reading Terminal market being nearby. Starbucks across the street was out of everything by the time I got there, and the line was literally out-the-door.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 205Great room/Service and Style
Loews has a unique style that is warm and inviting. It's a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. At the Philadelphia location there is a great restaurant/lounge called SoleFood Seafood. The food, drinks, and atmosphere is impressive. I was disapopointed in the price of parking. I thought it should be included in your are staying in the hotel as a guess. It was an additional $38/night.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 205Good deal, service mostly very good
All service people were outstanding, but the shoe shine service did not work. As in many urban hotels, there were no openable windows

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 205Parking woes
Parking was the biggest drawback to this hotel. It is $40 a day and only valet. They don't seem to be upfront about this on the website because I didn't realize it until we arrived to check in. We stayed three nights, and by the time we paid for parking, it was the equivilant of staying a fouth. This is the only reason I would not stay again and would not recommend this hotel to friends. If you don't have a car, it's a beautiful hotel that is located in a great part of the city near a lot of public transportation. Staff was nice and they were accomadating to my dog.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 205Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at the Loews Hotel. Perfect location in the city. Only issue we had was the lack of running water for the first couple of hours but I am certain that has never happened before. I definitely will stay at the Loews in the near future.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 205Great Location
This hotel is right in the middle of center city. It's easy to walk to places like City hall, the Reading Terminal and the Parkway. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the service good. The Solefood restaurant also had very good seafood.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 205Sorry I stayed there
This hotel was convenient for my business and the public areas were well maintained, but the mattress was lumpy and quite uncomfortable. Also, personal property disappeared from my room. I was not impressed with the hotel bar/restaurant either. I will stay elsewhere next time I'm in Philly.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 15 of 205Wonderful Staff and accomodations
Professional staff throughout entire hotel. Truly caring and friendly people who make your stay in Philadelphia very pleasant. Bed was so comfortable and the chaise lounge was great to relax on. You will not find a finer hotel or group of employees in all of Philly!
