Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 75don't do the breakfast
Typical low class beach hotel. Beach was good but must rent lounges from a vendor at the hotel pool area. The breakfast was a joke liquid scrambled eggs and a toaster you could toast some bread. I looked at the breakfast twice and went down the street to buy my own. Don't pay extra for the "included full breakfast".

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 75Great Hotel for the Money
I great hotel with a good restaurant/bar. A clean room with comfortable beds. A clean bathroom with good water pressure. Near the beach and the highway and a good location for travel to a Dolphin game.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 75IT NOT WORTH ALL THAT MONEY
The door to get into the room barely worked. The bath room in the was clean but the water pressure to the shower was very low and not enough hot water.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 75It was ok. A few problems with the room.
The sliding door was loose and made noises while trying to sleep. There were chips in the dressers.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 75Not clean at all
We were very dissappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. After staying in the room for two nights, upon check-out, we found something extremely nasty on the floor that we had overlooked - and so did the cleaning staff. When we reported it to the front staff they just looked at us like we were crazy. They did apologize and said someone would call us within 24 hours. We never received a call. Prior to finding this, the room was neither great nor bad. They said they were upgrading us, but if that was an upgrade - I certainly wouldn't want to see what the other room looked like. I would not recommend this place even though it was not extremely terrible. It was fairly centrally located - not bad.

Outstanding location. Car Rental not needed as strip mall across the street has grocery store and a couple of eating locations. Beach is very short walk from hotel.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 75Hotel Needs Work And Cleaning
Our room was one that was renovated however mold in grout and on shower curtain, we told front desk first day nothing happended, we went out and bought cleaner and cleaned it ourselves. The place was under repair so a lot of noise. The staff kept locking us out we had to get the keys fixed 3-times, and then they called to ask why we did not check out even though they had the reservation paper work for 4-nights. No one to complain to each time the manager was out.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 75Poor customer service
This hotel has very poor customer service. It all started with the check-in process. The front desk agent had attitude and was not helpful. The parking was sparse, the hotel was not well maintained, and the beds are very uncomfortable. There is no sign to put on your door that you want privacy, so I had to track housekeeping down to tell her we did not want someone entering our room. The rooms next to us were being redone, so it was dusty and dirty and very uninviting. I will not stay here again, and will not recommend anyone I know to stay there as well.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 75Worst hotel bar/restaurant imaginable
Overpriced terrible food, and a 21 percent "gratuity" automatically added for a party of only 5 -- including two children under seven years old. Cannot say STAY AWAY loud and clear enough.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 75Needs many improvements
First of all, this hotel has two buildings, so do no be fooled into thinking you'll actually get the building that it actually "beachside" without an extra charge. I kindly asked for a room in the bulding that is beachside and the man at the front desk said we had to pay an extra $20 for that. The hotel itself needs a lot of updating. It smells and the rooms are very dated. Our bathtub had rust all around it and paint was chipping off the walls and the doors. If they just put a little more money into updating the rooms and making them look and feel more clean and well-kept, my impression of this hotel would have been way much better.

We had two rooms. 455: OK. They never cleaned my coffee pot. They took my pillowcase of my personal pillow. 553: TV remote did not work, light over the coffee pot did not work. Lamp between the beds did not work. Everything covered with plaster dust!
