Good price for the location

The Latham is convenient to downtown and is reasonably priced. The lobby and my room were small and a bit dog-eared, but the place is clean and a step up from most Holiday Inns.

Needs improvement

Major plumbing issues. Granted the engineer helped move our belongings but I had moved everything out of my suitcase something I never do only to have to remove them and change rooms the next day as our sink was unusable. Then only to go to another room where when you showered the water was up to your ankles. yes they are nice but I should be compensated for moving rooms and the inconvenience.

Great room for the money

This was our third stay at the Latham. It is located in a great area, right in the shopping district with easy access to center city. The hotel is quite old and the rooms are small, but overall, and in conjunction with the price, you can't beat it.

Great room and location for the money

This hotel is located in the middle of Phili. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. I Highly recomend this hotel.

Charming older hotel

This older hotel was in excellent condition, and very, very clean. The staff was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
